I did not go to this address. What I did is book my activities online through their website. Outrigger does not do the activities themselves, what they do is allow you to book the activities with the different tour operators. All the islands of Hawaii are listed but Oahu has the most choices of activities and the greatest number of choices within each activity.

Since I booked more than 3 weeks in advance my tickets where promptly mailed to my home address. If you book less than 3 weeks in advance the tickets will be waiting for you at your first hotel.

The website is easy to navigate. After you have made your purchases you can make changes online. There is a full and complete description of each activity and the prices are less than booking each individual activity directly with the tour operator. Plus it's more convenient. Plus you get the activity you want and when you want it. Plus you know that you are dealing with legitimate businesses. ( I saw tours being sold on the street with extremely low prices. )
