This was a much better experience than the last time we dined at this restaurant. The sirloin was perfect. Every server was incredibly friendly. We have avoided this restaurant for a couple years and decided to give it another chance. We were glad we did.

9/29/2011 we chose this restaurant because it was with in walking distance to the hotel. I ordered a salad with my dinner never got it. When I said something to the waitress she acted surprise. She should have known. The manager came over to the table and offered to get me the salad. I said it was a little late since I already had the entree. My wife's steak a fillet was tough. He replaced the steak, offered a dessert at no charge and a free future blooming onion which I declined. Experience was disappointing but the manager tried to make it right.
We saw other tables were also having problems with their orders and the manager was having to step in and try to fix the problem.

Outback Steakhouse is headquartered in Tampa, Florida and was founded in 1988 by those who be lieve in hospitality, sharing, quality, being courageous and having fun! The founders of Outback are Chris Sullivan, Robert D. Basham, Tim Gannon and Trudy Cooper.
