When we were in Ashland in August I was on a hunt for malachite beads to make a necklace. Because of Nina's excellent experience a few years ago, this was the first place I went. They were out, as were two other stores in town. So today I returned to see what they had. They had one strand which was just what I had in mind. They had no silver findings to use as spacers so the woman (the owner? I didn't ask.) helping me referred me to the Bead Studio a couple of blocks down. She was friendly and helpful and we had a nice chat.

Very interesting Gallery but not great to do business with. I bought two really cool African masks and was told by the owner (a.) she would ship them with information-None!!!! and (b) the shipping would be about $38.00 a mask How about $115.00 for shipping. Talk about underestimation!! If you do wander in try to deal with daughter Emma. She's really nice and very friendly.
