John Soriano fixed my back! I first met him about five years ago when I saw him moonlighting as a personal trainer while still maintaining his day job as a Physical Therapist. The fact that he was in incredible bodybuilding shape made me think that perhaps he could help me overcome my chronic back pain that had been hampering my serious weight training for a decade.
I had already given up on most chiropractors after having them tell me that i'd have to quit heavy lifting.
I booked an appointment with Soriano where he did a thorough clinical evaluation. He was able to tell me the exact cause of my back pain and what to do to overcome it and to then maintain my new-found wellness.
Since then I've been following exactly what he told me and I have been able to get my deadlift back to my former big weights - pain-free!
I've also visited John to fix two different shoulder injuries I've sustained during the past few years. The same awesome service!
Truthfully, I can't put a price on the quality of life that Soriano has helped me regain; how can one measure that in monetary terms, especially when weightlifting is one's avocation?
John has two locations, you can visit him in either the Castro or Mission District. -

These trainers are incredible. They are talented, qualified, knowledgable, and a lot of fun. I have made a lot of progress with their personal training program. Thanks guys! Oh, but they need to update their photos on the site, as it's not the same guys anymore.
