Orianna Hill Dog park is the best in the city, hands down.  It's really the people that make the park. Frequent regulars keep things in order and problems are always quickly addressed.  Full fences and a double door entry keep the dogs safely inside.

Don't bring kids, food, or anything that would instigate a dog. Beer is totally accepted.
