Orchard Cleaners is simply amazing! With other cleaners, I have had my clothes, shrunk, damaged, and lost only to be told it was not their fault. To find a place like this that I can without hesitation trust with my wardrobe is very important.
They are a small mom and pop location. You will deal with the owner who will actually remember your face and the last conversation you had with her or other family members. They all seem to actually care about you as a customer and they take great care of your clothes.
I have several Tommy Bahama shirts. What I like is when they come back from Orchard they have that "new smell" as if I had just bought them. Being silk, I am surprised at how they have been able to get rid of all the stains I manage to make.
This is one business that I cannot truly recommend enough. Go here for your dry cleaning needs! -

This is a small mom and pop cleaners within 5 minutes of our house. We use them all the time. The service is friendly and efficient, the price is very reasonable, and we don't get attitude when we show up 5 minutes before closing like some other cleaners around here I could mention :)

I found Orchard Cleaners last Wednesday after doing a Google search. I have 3 dry cleaners within a few blocks, but after reading helpful reviews, I decided to call Orchard Cleaners. I had a pile of 15 button front shirts that needed to be ironed after I had washed them. The friendly lady who answered the phone at Orchard Cleaners quoted me $1.50 per shirt, but she'd have to see the fabrics first. I loved the price and went over that afternoon. She checked them out; mostly cottons, a few linens and a rayon. She recommended a light starch for the linens, but I hesitated, as Steve does not care for starch in his shirts. Well, she brought over some shirts already done, and let me feel the affect. I was really impressed and agreed to her suggestion. She asked if I wanted to pick them up Friday morning, which surprised me that they would be done so quick. I didn't need them that fast, so I told her probably Saturday, but didn't end up getting them until Tuesday. Let me tell you, they were excellent! I found out the lady checking me out is the manager/owner and I complimented her staff's attention to detail service I had received, and their economical price. Our family will continue to do business with Orchard Cleaners and highly recommend them to everyone. I also like their location near Big Lots and Von's; I shopped at both before going home.
