opera paint is the best place you can buy paint. the staff is amazingly friendly, helpful, but more importantly they are also knowledgeable professionals that can answer your questions. i have never had that experience at home depot, lowes, or ACE.
they sell mythic, opera, pittsburg, montana and more. note, they sell many environmentally responsible paints that aren't going to poison you or your pets.
great store, great staff and amazing graffiti art on the building.
