I've always been intrigued by the idea of hypnotherapy and when I realized that there was a professional hypnotherapist in Waltham I scheduled an appointment immediately.
Let me just start off by saying that Jessica is complete professional and she took her time to answer all my questions and concerns involving her practice. I felt very comfortable explaining to her what it was that I wanted to get out of my sessions. I've already recommended a friend and have heard nothing but praises. If you've ever had the slightest inclination to attend a hypnotherapy session I would highly recommend Jessica. -

I completed three hypnosis sessions with Jessica not too long ago, and really, the only part of the experience I regret is that it's over. I found hypnotherapy incredibly interesting, and although I was nervous going into the sessions, Jessica made me feel comfortable and safe. She's so open and so willing and wanting to help that one can't help *but* to feel at ease around her. Her enthusiasm for hypnotherapy is evident, which only adds to one's assurance that she will do all she can to help with whatever issue one may have. I highly recommend Open Hearts!

I very much enjoyed Jessica and my first hypnotherapy appointment. She was more than accommodating, in making appointments and kept meticulous notes. She was clear and an active listener, and even though my groupon appointment was shorter than she may have liked (zipcar!) and while she really made me feel at ease. And while I was a bit skeptical, I found the process really, well, cool. Its one of those things that should be experienced, but i was pleased with the experience, and I've already booked my next appointment.

I have been working with Jessica for about a month, and she has helped me so much already. She has a very calming, friendly demeanor, (perfect for a hypnotherapist), and I felt comfortable working with her from the beginning. Being that this was the first time I have ever had hypnosis done, I was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect. Jessica is very good at explaining her art and immediately put me at ease. I would highly recommend Jessica!
History
Established in 2008
I became a hypnotherapist through a training program at the Holistic Healing Center in New York. Paul Aurand, a master hypnotherapist who has been an amazing healer for over 30 years conducted the training, and once my case studies were completed I was certified with the National Guild of Hypnotherapists and the International Association of Certified Therapists.
I decided to become a hypnotherapist due to the experiences I had in my own life and the amazing and drastic changes that occurred for me after each hypnosis session that I had. Once I discovered hypnosis, I found it was the quickest, easiest, most amazing way to feel better and transform my life.
I have decided to dedicate my life to the service of others and helping them heal the life experiences that may be holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling life. I wish only to help my clients achieve a greater sense of freedom.
Meet the Business Owner: Jessica B.
Jessica graduated from the Holistic Healing Center Hypnosis Certification program for both Hypnosis and Past Life Regression.
She is certified through the I.A.C.T. (International Association of Counselors and Therapists) and NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists).
Jessica is also a certified in Reconnective Healing, The Reconnection, and Live Between Lives Hypnotherapy.
