Ooh La Luxe

This is the first time I've been inside this cute boutique. Last time I came by the shop was closed, so I was sad because I really wanted to go inside. I think that was maybe the fall or late in the summer. This particular day I was able to enter I was surprised to find out the shop goes all the way back and was bigger than most of the other stores. I've been to in downtown Petaluma. the only thing I didn't like was the lack of color which I'm sure is a trend for fall or the winter season. Lol everything was all beige, white and a weird tan color, which is too close to my own skin color and honestly washes me out. I was surprised to see the only thing that did have color were all on the sales rack and in larger sizes or very petite/small sizes and each $20 apiece. Lol.

I really like the environment, and every employee greeted me as I walked in, so I felt welcomed, but I didn't really see anything I would wear without altering or dying a different color. I guess I will have to go back in the spring when they get some new colors. But I did like the whole set up of the store very easy to walk through and I really like their display table with the jewelry And individual stones you could buy.

This is a beautifully decorated store and nestled in downtown Petaluma. I bought some jeans yesterday and was helped by a very sweet associate. They are always bringing in new pieces and I love how their products are color coordinated in the store. Definitely a fun boutique to shop at.

I stumbled upon this adorable clothing shop in downtown Petaluma, and it's an absolute gem! The staff here is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect sizes and different styles I needed. The attention to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Can't wait to visit again!

Cute boutique on the Boulevard! Nice selection of staples perfect for a capsule wardrobe as well as some fun, more adventurous items. Staff was so friendly--very welcoming. The only thing that was a bit off putting is how cold the store is? I get wanting to keep things a refreshing temperature but brrr! Hopefully management can address this. Otherwise, a lovely shop.

I've been a long time shopper of Ooh La Luxe, and they never disappoint! Their customer service is incredible, and I enjoy the atmosphere. They offer a wide range of styles, and if they don't have my size, they always offer to check their other store locations. Customer service is 10/10!

Petaluma Ooh La Luxe store is wonderful. I stopped by in need of a dress for an occasion.
Thank you so much staff for making me feel value. Great customer service. The staff goes beyond to help you and make sure your happy with your selections. They help you with ideas. Definitely coming back to this store. Parking is tricky since it's Petaluma downtown but thank goodness for a parking lot near by. Worth the trip.

One of my favorite stores to locally shop! Every time I go in I am greeted and feel so welcome from the staff! They also are super helpful with styling you if you have an event or just need help finding a cute outfit! The owners are amazing and very involved in the community! Highly recommend this local boutique!

A super fun shopping experience- it's hard to leave without purchasing any of the amazing signature pieces!

I came in a few weeks ago with my teenage daughter. We were in a jam and needed an outfit for a photo shoot in the next couple of hours. I've been meaning to write this review since our visit. The staff was AMAZING! Both ladies working what day went to work pulling off outfits and giving suggestions. We ended up finding the perfect jumpsuit and shoes, which was adorable! They truly saved the day. Thankful.

It was my first time going in on 6/23 and let me tell you I am sooo happy I finally made in here. I forgot the employee's name but I don't remember the last time I had good customer service like this while shopping for clothes. She really made the whole experience enjoyable and you can tell she was actually enjoying her job and liked helping people. Weirdly & amazingly enough she even reads minds and brought over something for me to try on that I regretted not bringing into the dressing room!!!
That sealed the deal for me.
Not to mention I forgot my sweater there and when I called to check if it was there the girl who answered was extremely nice and helpful. She even offered to mail me my sweater.. I mean c'mon 10/10!
I can't wait to spend all the money I don't have on all there cute clothes!! LOL
