I bought a $700 espresso machine from http://onwinetime.com.
The first machine I received did not heat the water properly and the second machine was leaking. I asked to just return the machine for a refund having lost faith in the manufacture (ascaso).
They convinced me that I should try another machine, I agreed after their reassurance that the would return it if it does not work.
The third machine did not work at all - zerro, nothing, nada - they refuse to take back the machine saying that they already returned two machines ...
They are not returning my emails (ca@onwinetime.com, cb@onwinetime.com) or calls anymore and I am stuck with a $700 machine that does not work from a company in Spain without customer service.
I wounder if http://onwinetime.com is selling refurbished or second-class products. How can three machines not work??
