There are a lot of things that are "off" and a lot of things that are wonderful:

"off"
The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and it can be pretty loud.
It's very boring looking; the walls in my room are crooked.
Police arrested a prostitute (or so she seemed) here.
One (out of three) of their elevators is out of order.

"on"
Excellent shuttle service. I've not had to wait at all and the drivers are VERY friendly and courteous.
Tasty breakfast buffet with a huge variety of foods, including eggs/omelettes made to order, blueberries and lox.
Really comfortable beds.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff.

This is definitely somewhere I would return to with a happy attitude.

I came here while the place was under construction so I could be jaded.

The gym was closed and moved to a hotel room.  Inside the 1st floor hotel room the makeshift gym had 3-4 treadmills and no weights.  They had towels, free bottled water, and apples though.

They had a temporary bar setup and free Wi-fi if you can catch it from the lobby.

Since I got this room for $40/night I can't really complain.  It's REALLY close to the Ontario airport so convenience takes precedence over luxury IMO.

Overnight parking costs like $10-11/night which sucks because nobody parks in their lot anyway!  It's like 30-40% full at the most!  I would have given better ratings if they didn't charge for parking.

As if the flight with Southwest is not torture enough that we had to wait for the Hilton Shuttle for over an hour to be picked up from the airport. When I got to the hotel it was being renovated. The restaurant was not open because of that. Now if you order in there is a 12% service fee. Why not waive it while they're renovating? Duh!
My room was not cleaned until a request was made. Positive: conference room was not bad. Good sound proofing and lighting. B-fast was free for Hilton Honors ONLY and they had some good choices you can pick from.

Large open lobby but boring as all get out. They obviously do a lot of groups and conferences, so why can't they be a bit more attractive. I was told that they were upgrading the rooms to flat panel TVs. I guess I was spoiled having two at the Sedona Hilton. The fitness room was totally bunk with too many of the same machines, although the free water bottles and apples were a nice touch. The barkeep was friendly and poured very strong drinks. So if this is a primarily business oriented property, why can't they make the wi-fi/internet more accessible? No excuse. The group rate was good- $89, but the outdoor patio areas were lacking and the pool/sauna area was very dull and next to the parking lot. This place needs a lot of work!
