In case you didn't know, this place is basically a pasta bar. First, you pick any combination of meats you want, even shrimp and imitation crab meat. Then theres the veggies, the pasta, and the sauce. You can pick from 4 different types of pasta (including spinach, bowtie, and rotini), and any combination of 4 different sauces (including marinara and cajun). I really dig the cajun sauce. After they cook your food right in front of you, you can cover it with Parmesan cheese and red peppers and grab some garlic bread. It's a lot of food, and if you can't take the heat, get out of the grille. Or just take the leftovers home.
