This place is definitely something let me tell you. Minimal design kind of makes up for the lack of restaurant space, and oneburger fills the gap for unique burger joint in a melting culture pot like miami.

Anyway, the burgers. There is a good variety of higher-class burgers here with good choices in fries. I had the b.b.q. which left me satisfied enough and my regular-style fries were pretty good. All in all it was a really good burger, but I think there are better places out there that might be cheaper. But try this place out, its worth going to.

And you're going to have to pay for parking. At least I did...

The design scheme is pretty imperialist looking, I have to admit that... lol.
The food however, is really awesome.
I got the spicy veggie burger with sweet potato fries. The veggie burger had the perfect amount of spice with the sauce, and I loved the fries, can never seem to find good sweet potato fries.
My boyfriend got the black black and blue burger which he said was also amazing.
The owner wasn't super personable or anything, but the food was good, so I have to say I really recommend it. I also agree with previous reviewers that you'd want to call in advance as the orders do take long.

Really fantastic burgers and really fantastic fries.  They have a very interesting assortment of gourmet burgers that just taste heavenly.  For the health conscious, whole wheat buns.
The only problem is that the seating is veryyyy limited so you are better off ordering by phone, picking it up and eating somewhere else.

Given the recs, I tried the Kobe burger with sweet potato fries.  The burger was prepared well.  I agree with the other comments re: menu selection and price.   I would add that the supposed "Kobe" beef burger seasoning was a bit on the salty side.  Anyways, fancy fast food burgers at Gables prices.

OneBurger makes damn tasty burgers. Aside from its minimalist-decor, this place makes gourmet burgers that are priced above fast food fare yet below sit-down restaurant prices.

Quality beef and toppings really make the food stand out, plus I really like their sweet potato fries and OUTSTANDING milkshakes.

So why only  4 stars? A few things that bring it down.
1) They say they keep late hours but the latest they stay open is 1AM on Saturday--and when you arrive at 12:30am, they're insistent on take-out only.  When they first opened, they had really inconsistent hours.
2) Be prepared to wait for the burger since it's not as fast as Wendys or McD's. Plus, the service tends to be a bit disgruntled as if they don't care if you come back or not...but like the Soup place that had the soup nazi, the food is sooo tasty, you almost don't care.

Finger-licking good burgers!!! All ingredients are fresh, and flavor is to the max!  The sauces they use while cooking the burger is unique for each type of burger, and designed to go well with the rest of the ingredients.  This is not a fast food joint, so the burgers are cooked fresh - that is why the wait  (well worth it!).  One of the few places in Miami to offer kobe beef burger! Yummy!!!!
Decor is very very much minimalist, and although every kid I know loves this place, I just don't think it's very family-friendly.  
Another shortcoming - they do not serve beer, nor wine, which could go very well with their burgers!

i've done pick-up from one burger a few times.  they're always pretty tasty.  but i like my meat on the rarer side... make it VERY clear how cooked you want it or it could be very well-done.  :(  love the fries though.

oneburger... is good! i'm not so much of a burger guy here but, i must say that oneburger is good. their space alone is cool. you sorta feel like you just walked into a mac store, everything is either white or black, very minimal, very posh. well, thats not my fault and i certainly dont hold that against them.

my favorite burger is the kobe beef burger, which is almost 11$ and it doesnt include fries nor drinks... and i know,  paying 15$ for a burger meal is almost as crazy as getting an iphone for 600$ when you already own a 300$ ipod and a thing called a 'cell phone' but hey. you gotto try to get your own and then decide ... im talking about the kobe beef burger here.

also,  im not quite convinced this oneburger place uses authentic kobe beef for their burgers but they are delicious and oh so tasty. i wish they hired super models to work here, swedish virgins, identical twins....  thats sorta stuff...that would really make this place 5 stars.

oneburger...

has really good french fries. they are thin and golden. and they have sweet potato fries, which are also great, but there is only so much of a sweet fry i can handle.

i didn't go all out on my first visit. i ordered what i know is good on a burger: swiss cheese and mushrooms, yum... hence the "swiss & cheese melt"

i've been craving it since.

also they have really amazing freshly brewed tea!! free refills, plus splenda so you can drink all the freshly brewed tea you want and sweeten it to your liking.

although the inside/design idea is neat----i realized while noshing on my juicy burger and dipping my fries into ketchip that the inside of the place kind of creeps me out. i mean for a burger joint to be so fresh & so clean?! it also seems like the burgs appear from no where----no hint of a kitchen in the place.

but still the burgs up to this tasting are great, the tea yum, and the menu is extensive with some good looking vegetarian options.
