Brenda V.Whittier, CA199155799Sep 14, 2022I went to One Stop Storage in Covina and I got to say you do get what you pay for. Prices were pretty fair. The front building may look small but holy moly when you walk in it's bigger once you get the tour you'll be surprised. Patricia Villa helped my mother-in-law with all her things and it was nice to know that her items which she had a lot of were kept in good condition and were safe. Service is a lot more friendly over here than a lot of other places. Once you walk in you feel safe the entire place is clean. The restroom was immaculate. They have everything you really truly need. If you have valuable things you're going to want security and you're going to want to feel safe. Everywhere you walk is clean. I love it. Plus there's a humongous large elevator so that you don't have to take the stairs if you have to load and unload they have trucks boxes dollies and much more there's also a call box if you you need assistance with anything. They are there to help you and to make sure all your things are safe. I definitely would recommend this place.

Why is there no place to dump trash.

We do not have a dump like many other storage properties because it adds to costs. We are sorry you are not happy but it is something we do not advertise as a feature for our store.

Greetings Elisabeth - Due to Covid-19 and trying our very best to offer a contact free experience to our customers, we wanted to reach out asking what customers think of our services, good or bad. It is very difficult to get reviews when we are trying to limit exposure as I am sure you can imagine. We are sorry you took offense to our email, and will take note to not do so in the future however during these hard times businesses will do anything to ensure we are still able to get the right exposure we need to keep our business afloat. Also, the 1/2 off 1st month storage requires a 5 month commitment. That is not disclosed anywhere in the offer. Also, ask about hidden fees (buy an $11 lock, paying mandatory insurance & administrative fees). Looks like a nice facility, but ended up going with AAA Quality Storage down the street who threw in a truck for free and did not have such fees.

We here at One Stop Storage do strive to provide the best possible customer service which includes informing customers of any fees involved in the move in process. We do apologize if this did not happen in your case. We do want our customer's goods to be protected and do offer insurance should a customer choose not to use their own. Any other fees involved are found industry wide including the facility mentioned. Thank you for your feedback and we do hope you will consider us for any of your future storage needs.

I have such a high level of trust with this storage facility. My sister had recommended this facility since she used it for a few years, and since moving back to Covina now, I couldn't agree more. They are so understanding, compassionate, and respectful. It's clean, secure, and the staff is great. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I am very happy with this place, it's really well kept and secure. Just don't like that they raise rates every year. It's not like everyone gets raises every year and it's not cool especially when people are trying to survive in this economy.

We are happy to hear you find our facility clean and secure. We understand why customers get upset when we raise rates however just like the economy becomes more expensive, our costs also go up. We can honestly say we do a market survey of surrounding properties and try to be the best rate in town still.
