Wow, it's too bad to hear about Ashley S's bad experience because my husband and I absolutely love it here! We've been here for 2 years and definitely don't plan on leaving.

The management has always been extremely nice, accomodating and helpful. Once a month they even serve a free champagne brunch in the club house. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are luxurious (high ceilings, crown moulding, granite counter tops, pergo flooring, rounded wall corners, warm paint color.)

I'm not sure what else is expected of the management as far as car break ins (which I have never had a problem with.) They have TWO gates that can only be opened by residents before getting into the car garage, cameras all over the place in the garage, and they even hire a private security company to survey the area. What else are they supposed to do???

As I said, I love it here. I love the community feel and the nice people. I love the pool/spa/gym facilities and the way the management goes above and beyond. It's definitely home for us.

Before moving here from Sacramento where I spent a year doing my fellowship at UC Davis, I did quite a bit of research before finding a place to live while being close to work.

This place had the best reviews and was the most conveniently located. I was skeptical, but my first impression hasn't changed. The grounds are meticulously maintained and pretty. There is a clubhouse, gym and a pool. The grounds are gated as is the garage itself. The staff (Kelley, Susan) is very pleasant, professional and responsive.  

I have been here roughly 2 months. This will probably remain my home until I find one to own.
