Company quoted me a price 2 and a half times what is reasonable for the drywall repair work I had to have done. I ended up using someone else. I would advise everyone to be careful when trying to do business with this company.

Well, that went downhill quickly. I called to ask for a quote. Kyle launched into a lengthy diatribe about people putting off repairs (which I was clearly trying NOT to do, so why the lecture?), how no one is willing to pay for the work, leapt unasked and unprovoked into an aggressive lecture claiming that climate change is not man-caused, and would not stop lecturing when I asked him NOT to discuss politics, then lectured me on my (assumed) ignorance. He hung up on me when I said I was uncomfortable with the tone of the conversation. This is a warning: he really cannot help but spout ignorance, condescend to you, and mansplain. It isn't worth it.

The level of unprofessional demeanor, condescending tone, and continual interruption defined our interaction with Kyle Pentecost. He kept interrupting our realtor as she tried to explain her point of view. Our realtor had called Mr Kyle Lovett and informed him that we would need estimates based on our general inspection report. She made it clear we would not be needing all repairs and would focus on a couple repairs. She paid $100 for an estimate and when we reached out to get our windows repaired (~$1000), he said we were "cherry picking" and that the estimate was based on having most of the work done (totaling ~$16K). His estimates were overpriced, in our opinion (example: $100 to replace a fridge bulb). I was involved in a 3 way call with him, and after listening to him repeatedly cut off our realtor, I told him the subject line to his email said "Any and All repairs." I raised my voice just so I could speak over him as he quickly interrupted me and began yelling. Be aware that he will be reluctant to help arrange services if the work isn't most or all of the estimated repairs.

Called to make an appointment and was directed to their website to fill in my info and describe what work I wished to be done. Got a call back. He said if he comes out there would be a $85.00 dollar charge and should I accept their services would go toward the cost. I told told him "let's put it on hold". End of story.

Terrible. Nothing makes me more angry than when a company makes an appointment and the does not show up. No call, no returning of my call to see if they were still coming and no show! Don't let them waste your time too.

Extremely poor communication. Think their time is worth much more than yours and will not deliver on promises made. Look elsewhere or be prepare to be frustrated and disappointed.

These guys are not for small odd-jobs. I had a small job I needed done and they quoted me a price about 3 times as much as the next guy. And then they took an attitude of sounding like they really didn't want to do such a small job anyway. So I chose someone else to do the work and saved money and dealt with someone more friendly. I won't be contacting these guys again!

Gary and Kyle talk a bigger game than they can really deliver. They charge outrageous prices, claiming that they do "River Oaks" type work. Then, they make excuses for the things that didn't turn out right. Please don't be deceived. Their work is subpar at best.

Replacement of my 2 AC units was fast and economical. You gave me a fast quote, delivered high quality equipment and did the job in just one day. Everything went very smoothly and there were no surprises. Will recommend you to my neighbors.

Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are rude and have horrible customer service. My experience with them was so rude and unwarranted that I am writing my first review EVER to insure that no one else has this experience. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! These men charged $65 to my card for a quote that was extremely high and promised to contact me by the end of the day. They didn't. I called them the next day and asked when the service could be provided and to tell him that I only wanted half of the job done. He told me that "he wasn't interested in taking the job" and to find someone else because it wasn't worth it to him. Had these guidelines been stated before they stopped by for an estimate or took my credit card information then I would understand. But they weren't. When I asked him why these policies weren't explained to me and if he could refer me to the sub-contractor who was going to do the other half of the job, he said "Maam just go find someone else!" AND HUNG UP ON ME. Terrible customer service. I just got scammed out of $65 from the rudest business owner that I have met since I moved to Houston.
