My friends (, sisters, now, after having some rolls) and I frequent this place at least once a year. If it weren't for the distance I would be coming back here at LEAST once a week. I always get an Ebi Tempura roll and, although it hasn't been quite the hit as it has in the past, it continues to be a favorite (and always bring a roll 2 hrs into the Bronx for my sis). I mix it up usually with some salmon (omg please get the Ginza! but warning: mostly bread-y) or a random fish of the year. There are a few "miss" rolls, though, so just keep trying. And $3 a roll. Cheap cheap cheap.

Have had their fried ice cream (price is a bit steep for 2 pieces), regular ice cream (it's basic, eh $3), and yes their teriyaki is a HIT! Boy I didn't need the sushi along with the massive plate of chicken teriyaki and rice.

Will come to this place for the rest of my NYC life.

This is my go-to sushi delivery place. I always order from them on (advertisement alert) http://grubhub.com (which allows for less and less human interaction o_o).

Anyway. I'm very boring when it comes to this restaurant. I LOOOOVE their baked mussel appetizer. I order it as a main course along with an order of the cut rolls (I always get the salmon roll with avocado - which is $1 extra; I have attempted to be a little more adventurous with the rolls, since I did get the squid once or twice). The rolls are fresh and a good portion!

If you get the more expensive, fancier rolls (which can run between $9-12), they are usually buy one get one free (which is a great deal!) So if you are sharing with 2+ people, it's definitely worth it. I never get it just because I always order it when I'm by myself at home.

I have tried also their bento boxes with teriyaki chicken. Not bad. Quite mediocre. But it does come with a lot of sides - miso soup, california roll, tempura, etc.

The only complaint I have about this place is the time it takes them to deliver! I guess it is far from my place, and they do have an estimated delivery time of an hour everytime I order. But sometimes they take MORE THAN AN HOUR!!!! I have had to call them and ask them where the hell my food was because I was STARVING.

But that still doesn't stop me from craving for their baked mussel dish.... sigh. The power of the dynamite sauce.

    Appetizers:
Mini pizza - salmon, shrimp, avocado, standard sushi sauce on top of a flat disc of prawn cracker.  It's good but the prawn cracker got a bit soggy.  If it was a crispier medium, it would've been perfect.
beef tataki - skip it. not that good.
shrimp tempura - too much batter.

    Entrees:
    Seafood udon - decent.

The sushi was a bit disappointing.
The best one was the bagel roll.  Spicy dancing kani roll was alright.  King Kong roll was a big disappointment b/c I think they fried the pieces ahead of time so it tasted a bit stale.  I forgot the other roll we got.

Would I come back again? no...b/c there are cheaper and better sushi places in bklyn.

best sushi place in brooklyn for price / taste ratio. A lot of times my main debate is whether to eat at a buffet or eat at omiya but a lot of times i choose omiya because I eat till I am satisfied and I wind up spending less than at a buffet.

Their 86th st location is good but I don't like their Avenue U location maybe because the sushi chefs there are better than the Avenue U location.

    Edit 1/3/2012:
Someone did send me a message saying Ki Sushi would give them a run for the title however the difference is that Omiya sushi cost around $3 for most regular rolls and all the special rolls are buy one get one free of equal or lesser value. Their special rolls range from I believe 6.95 - 30.

Ki Sushi could be better but it cost at least $5 for a roll unless there is a special at ki sushi but I did mention for price / taste ratio for omiya is the best, for $3 you are getting pretty great sushi I do not recommend ordering food and eating out of there they usually do a better job when you eat in, I have went to omiya over 10 times there were two times the rice was not great.

There are many $3ish sushi places in brooklyn but Omiya has the best one out there.

How does this place only have 3 stars on Yelp? It's consistently the best sushi in South Brooklyn. Always fresh, tons of choices, and reasonable prices.

Sure, they switched management about a year and a half ago (no more 50% off banner out front), but the sushi chefs are still at the top of their game and the new wait staff is as friendly as ever.

This is still the only sushi place where I can order two rolls, an appetizer to share, and not be hungry two hours later. This time was the Million Dollar roll, Ocean King roll, and the fried squid (think calamari). So good!

For a few months (in 2010), it felt like the sushi master was decent and then in early 2011 things went rapidly downhill. Tempura flakes are overstuffed into every special roll making them virtually inedible. Fish is unremarkable and the restaurant itself is a dungeon.

Gave this place a try thanks to someone's consistent suggestion and was not disappointed.
Decor is okay, subtle lighting for the seating area, bright sushi counter, Oriental wall hangings, and a strange looking black white mural (of a cartoon? - didn't mix well with the others).
The staff is very quick and attentive yet gave us the comfortable amount of time to make a decision. Ordered the Ginza roll, eel avocado roll, and the smoked salmon roll; $3 a roll. Very tasty through all three, but the eel avocado one was the better of the bunch - smooth chunk of avocado with eel sauce on top, delicious! I was also recommended the eel cream cheese roll (quirky combo right?) yet it works for my companion. Also, the spicy salmon has a stronger kick than other places, but I didn't taste it to find out. Note: a la carte sushi is $1.50 if you want one.
All together, 9 rolls, a chai iced tea, cup of tea for $24 including tip. Definitely affordable and very tasty, looking forward to coming back since it so close to the subway and bus stops.

Omiya is not my favorite sushi place in New York (I prefer East Japanese Restaurant in Manhattan). However, this small Japanese restaurant located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn makes some damn delicious Spicy Dancing Kani Rolls! I love their Spicy Dancing Kani so much that I wish I could kidnap the person who made it and force him/her to make that same roll for me every day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). haha I know I am delusional :)

Omiya in Bay Ridge was one of my "starter" sushi spots when i first began eating this fabulous cuisine 4 years ago.

The draw at the time was the big menu of buy one get one free items which still goes strong today. Some of the items on the buy one get one have funny names and the prices rance from $7.95-$28.95.

I usually overlook the buy one get one menu and go straight for the basic menu of rolls with are only $3 each!

There is wide variety of $3 rolls and my favorites are the avocado eel and the spicy tuna. Their spicy sauce is VERY spicy and i love that! $1.75 yellowtail sashimi is another of my favorites with nice plump fresh cuts of fish.

They have a decent variety of sake and their mochi dessert is good but they do not cut it in half unless you ask. They serve bubble tea and smoothies and have some interesting art on the walls.

The waitresses have personality and the sushi chefs greet you at the door which is refreshing.

Overall Omiya is a good sushi place, It's not quite an upper tier spot but worth a visit!

Be aware they no longer accept http://restaurant.com gift certificates and have the notice plastered everywhere in the restaurant.

Our go-to sushi spot. It may not be the fanciest, or maybe not even the best, but it's always predictable and enjoyable. We can always rely on the $3 (wish it was still 2.50 though!) and buy-one-get-one special rolls off. Steal.

Spicy dancing kani is a winner.

I think their sushi are unique. But don't order the sushi roll that has cream cheese because it's not a good match with the sushi.

One time I couldn't finish the sushi, so I put them in the fridge and the next morning I took them out and eat it. IT WAS STILL AS GOOD AS LAST NIGHT. I was surprised because usually the rice would be all dried up in the fridge by the next day.

One of my favorite sushi place. Omiya has this yelp loves us sticker on the glass window.

I ate here recently as a party-of-one on a weeknight, so of course it wasn't the most exciting restaurant experience I've ever had.  I was happy to find that the house specialty rolls were buy one get one free, but I found it annoying to choose from a menu of dozens/hundreds of rolls that were all very similar.  I prefer to see a menu that's a little more curated.
    Decor eh.
    Food meh.

Special rolls ( buy one get one free!) so it's basically buying two @ $4.5/ea for the cheapest rolls and $13/ea for the most expensive rolls. The rolls are beautifully decorated, so 5 stars for their cheap price yet creative work. You can see their work efforts on the plate. They don't put alot of rice on the outside of the rolls which is good, I need to cut back on my carb in-take.
The fish are pretty fresh in my opinion, so far no stomachache yet.

A neighborhood sushi joint. I come by here whenever I need a quick bite of Japanese flavor. It's not amazing in anyway, but their food is adequate.
No, the owners are not Japanese, but most sushi joints in Brooklyn aren't. Their qualities of being convenient, cheap, and quick has me coming back consistently in the past three years. Just don't dine in here when you have the choice of eating in the comfort of your own home; their service is terrible. Forgetting to bring water, and slowness are the most common irritants.

This was my go to Japanese restaurant when I use to live on 86th street and it never seemed too crowded or was there ever a wait to be seated.
The last time I went back to NY after moving to Hawaii I tried their sushi again and to my surprise I didn't really enjoy it as much as I used to. I guess after living on an island where there is an abundant amount of fresh fish, my palate has simply changed.

Food: The presentation of the sushi rolls where fantastic. It looked very appetizing and screamed "take a picture of me, I dare you!" However I felt  differently about the sushi. I didn't know whether it was the sauciness of the sushi or the stuff piled randomly into one roll that made me want to stop eating after after 3 pieces. I couldn't even tell what was salmon and what was tuna in one of the rolls. For those of you who have had good sushi before you will know right away that the raw sushi they serve is not the freshest out there. I would probably stick to the cooked rolls next time I go back. I've never had one of the bentos before so I cannot comment on that. On the plus side their menu has cute names such as the "LV roll" or the "Gucci roll" and I always have fun wondering what makes the roll so LV or Gucci. I always have a good time debating about this with others.
So for presentation: Yay! For taste: Nay!

Service: I was greeted right as I walked in the door by the sushi chefs and the waitresses. The food arrived fairly quickly and the waitress was attentive enough to pour me more tea when my cup needed a refill. Overall I received standard service that I'd expect from a dine-in restaurant.

Price: This place is a good place to eat for people on a budget especially high school students or for a quick bite. Especially their buy one get one free rolls( you can share with a friend). But this is not a place to take a prospective client or someone you are trying to impress.

I also remembered that I had received point cards from them before which you can collect and then claim prizes off of their display case in the back of the shop. You receive this point cards for every meal eaten there. However I did not get any this time so I am not sure if they still do the point cards or not.

    BEWARE!!!!!

Don't buy gift certificates from http://restaurant.com to Omiya sushi. I just brought a gift certificate from http://restaurant.com to Omiya Japanese restaurant and was pretty excited to go check out their sushi. Much to my surprise, the waitress told me that they are no longer listed as a participating restaurant on the website and that the certificate has expired as of January 11, 2011. I was pretty annoyed; because I had just brought the certificate two days ago and they were suppose to be valid for one year. The staff was not apologetic about the entire situation when I inquired about the certificates and made it seem as if it was entirely my fault for buying them online. I was pretty upset to say the least, because I had made a long trip to go check out the restaurant. =(

I noticed that yelp still has the advertisement to purchase gift certificate for Omiya Japanese Restaurant at http://restaurant.com. Either it was the fault of the website or the restaurant (because they choose to not honor the gift certificates). I just want to warn people to not waste their money on buying gift certificates for this restaurant.

I have eaten at every sushi restaurant in Bay Ridge at least once and this is my third favorite (after Fushimi and Sushi Hana).  The creativite and extensive roll list is really unmatched.  My husband was so obsessed with the rock shrimp that he would ask for it on a weekly basis (not ask for sushi, mind you, just ask me if we could order rock shrimp).  I had a few things I didn't like here and every now and then the seaweed would have that weird packaged taste to it, but having eaten here probably 30 times (after I moved to Sunset Park and no where else would deliver), I can say it was good most of the time.

So apparently not all the restaurants listed for http://restaurant.com are awesome.

I printed out a $25 off $35 dinner coupon voucher for my bf and I and we hopefuls set out to Bay Ridge to try this new Japanese restaurant. It's pretty huge inside, so there'll be plenty of seats available for you and probably your whole class, but no need cause I don't think this place will ever get packed.

Since we had to order a minimum of $35, we figured we'll just try everything. (The buy one get one free special rolls do not apply here, so you can't buy one and get one free anymore. Therefore, we said no thanks and skipped the special rolls.) We ordered the seafood dynamite, pineapple fried rice, an eel avocado roll, a california roll, a boston roll, and a shrimp tempura roll. Later for dessert we ordered a mix of a strawberry mochi and a vanilla mochi.

Seafood dynamite: large portion surprisingly, and tasted decent. Would probably order again if I was craving for it badly, but I think this place charged it around $9 so that's a bit pricey for an appetizer.

Pineapple fried rice: Not a huge fan of the pineapples.. but the fried rice was good. Just the right amount of sauce was added into it and it wasn't too salty.

The rolls: (Each was $3) The eel avocado roll was my favorite from Omiya, but my bf thought the eel tasted weird and not fresh.. The california roll was decent. The boston roll was good. The shrimp tempura was good but as a roll, not that great so I just ate the shrimp tempura off of it.

The mochi: Very frozen. Hated the vanilla mochi, liked the strawberry one better. Could do without both really.

Our waitress was very attentive and service was great, but the food was just alright. Doesn't feel too authentic... and certainly had better quality food, but was worth the trip just to try out.  Probably wouldn't come back unless I was stranded on that street and needed sushi badly.

    Beware.

I tried the Omiya-roll, which was an oversized, mayonnaise drenched concoction of fish by-products.  You would think that they would put some more thought into their namesake dish.  Instead they only put a lot of rice.  Not much artistry as it is bloated sushi combinations.  They overuse the tempura flakes in an attempt to cater to unsophisticated palates in search for "Japanese" cuisine.

I only wish that their chefs would be as attentive to the taste of their food as the wait staff is to their customers (the one bright spot of my service)

Joyce L. has this right on.

I was unfortunately craving sushi and we decided to try my luck here. buy one get one free specialty rolls.. sounds like a steal.. the specialty rolls ranging from $11-$25. and then theres "traditional" rolls too ranging from $2-$8. sounds good? meh. you pay for what you get.

looking over the menu closely i knew i was getting myself into trouble.. everything sounded like a mixture of bad waiting to happen, old fish smothered in sauces to hide the foul fishy taste. but no backing out now.. just hope i don't get food poisoning.. and good thing i didn't, but everything really did taste quite horrible. maybe i've become a sushi snob because my boyfriend thought it was okay.. but he would never choose to eat sushi..

so go if you dare. or if you don't have high quality fish in mind and are just looking for a good time. the menus extensive and omiya would probably be great for large parties.. and sake bombing??

I used to eat at Omiya all the time when I first moved to Brooklyn. The prices are great and you can get a ton of food without spending a lot. Their special rolls are buy one get one free, which rocks for sushi and some of them are quite good.

Unfortunately the more frequently I went the more I noticed the taste of the sushi was off. I *love* sushi but if it isn't super fresh it just isn't that good, and Omiya doesn't always have the freshest stuff. I haven't been back in a very long time.

All in all, its not bad for a quick fix but there are better quality places in the same area.

The cut rolls at Omiya are the kind of rolls that are very large to overcompensate for their bland taste. If you don't mind sushi which is a step below boxed sushi, this is perfect for you and cheap.

Bay Ridge is overrun with Chinese people making sub par sushi and this is one of those places.

I placed an online order this evening and asked twice for "no mayonnaise" on my Shrimp tempura roll. I didn't think it would even be a problem - sometimes when you phone your order in, they forget certain requests, but an online order? No way! It's written right there, right?

Nope. Still came with mayonnaise. I called to complain and the order-taker said, "Oh, yes.. next time I remember. No mayonnaise. Sorry." No remaking, no refund? Well fortunately there will not be a next time.

Omiya - a $3 shrimp tempura roll is worth remaking and sending to your customer over losing them and getting a bad review on Yelp.

I ordered two other rolls which were both awful. The salmon skin roll's "eel sauce" had congealed onto the roll by the time I received it. Very unappetizing overall.

This is my favorite sushi spot in NYC. Why? I'm not a huge fan of raw fish and they have A LOT of other options to choose from. It's dim, spacious, casual, and their seats are comfortable. They have the longest list of house specialty rolls with funky names like iPad roll, iPhone roll, AK47 roll, BMW roll, Gucci roll etc. which made me laugh the first time I flipped open their menu. All the ingredients are listed under each roll. The chance of ordering something you don't like had just decreased.

Whenever I'm in the Bay Ridge area I always like to grab lunch or dinner at Omiya and every time the experience was smooth. My green tea was always filled. Food gets to our table in minutes, especially when you're starving. Lunch specials are awesome, basic rolls are $3 each and specialty rolls are buy one get one free!

    Few items I recommend are:

    - Kani salad
    - Bento boxes
    - Seafood udon
    - Spicy dancing kani roll
    - Bonsai tree roll and many other rolls as well, they are all so delicious!
    - Fried ice cream is probably the best and coolest dessert invented, however at Omiya they don't make the greatest fried ice cream. The skin was too thick and too little ice cream but it was decent.

Suh-plize, suh-plize (say with heavy Asian accent)! This place totally surprised me, and was not what I'd expected.

It's a sushi gig that advertises:
      "50% off sushi or sashimi"
    and
"House Special Roll: Buy 1 Get 1 Free"
boldly, on the front of their menus.

You'd expect Omiya to have only ultra cheap sushi. Well, they do offer  inexpensive sushi (sushi @ $1 a piece), but they also have a wide array and vast selection of rolls to choose from.
Case in point: having over 100 sushi selections is not a typical trait of sushi restaurants.

Here's their breakdown of sushi to choose from:
    =====================================
    HAND ROLLS & CUT ROLLS
    Prices: $2.50 each
Choices: 38 to choose from (too many to list)

    HOUSE SPECIAL ROLLS
Prices: $6.95 (Crunch Kani) - $27.95 (Butterfly King, 12 pcs); Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO)
Choices: 60 to choose from (too many to list)

SUSHI & SASHIMI A LA CARTE
    Prices: $1 each
Choices: 24 to choose from (these are your typical sushi choices: tuna, salmon, eel, yellowtail, etc.)
    Higher-priced choices: 5 to choose from @ $2.50 or $3 each

    WHAT WE TRIED
Lobster sushi $3 piece; the bro with me didn't like it
Spicy salmon - visually unappealing; didn't enjoy it too much
Salmon sushi/sashimi - very good and done well
Spicy crunchy salmon roll - okay, not great
Odessa roll - very, very good
BMW roll - best visually-presented roll I've seen in a long time

It wasn't until I saw some college age girls with great looking sushi choices being dropped off at their table, that I'd noticed the House Special Rolls.
*fellas, it usually seems to be our female counterparts who have better variety in their choices, and are attracted to the better-presented, more visually-appealing sushi. Well, at least that seems what I find! FYI, with authentic Japanese culture, much of it depends upon the visual presentation of the item, and not just entirely upon the taste [think Form + Function]

Anyhow, these gals got some great looking sushi, so I curiously asked them what they'd ordered, since they obviously seemed to know what they were doing and were probably regulars. One gal had a "BMW" roll (Red clam salad, kani tempura, caviar & cucumber wrapped with green soy seaweed). It was actually a pinkish soy wrapping. It looked great, so we ordered it too, and let me tell you it not only looked good, but tasted much better than the description sounds. From the way it was blandly described on the menu, I would have never ordered the BMW roll.

    MY RECOMMENDATIONS
I can only recommend, based upon what I had tried, yet if you're only dining here 1 time in your life, at least order the BMW roll ($17.95 + another same-priced roll free). Stick also with the salmon sushi @ a buck a pop. So, go grab some grub, try the BMW roll, come back here, and let your brain ooze out your thoughts in your own review.

They've also got many of your typical Japanese restaurant items, such as teriyaki, tempura and udon noodles.

Yo, grab me some mo' salmon too...slurp!

I've been here twice for lunch, and both times we got the bento boxes. The various boxes all come with a miso soup or salad, california roll, 1 tempura shrimp & a couple of tempura veggies, 2 fried dumplings, & white rice. (substituting brown rice costs $1. extra).
The first time I came, I got the ginger pork, which was quite good. The second time, I ordered the ton katsu, which sadly was overcooked, had too much breading, & was a bit tough & leathery.  We also ordered the beef teriyaki, which was fine.
Overall, I'd say this is really standard Japanese food - it's all right, and the lunch bento is plenty of food for $10, but nothing is particularly innovative or exceptional. It's too bad the restaurant has dropped out of the http://restaurant.com program (they used to participate), because that would make it a better deal for dinner.
Conveniently located right near the 86th st. bus stops and R train.

This place is one of the many good sushi restaurants in Brooklyn.  They recently raised the price for the $2.50 rolls to $3.  However, they have plenty of rolls you can choose from.  They are very creative with rolls.  Customers can name a roll and they can special order it for them. The sushi rolls are very tasty and fresh.  Highly recommended!

3.5 Stars - it's not out-of-the-world sushi but I was AMAZED after eating sushi in the city to find how cheap Omiya is. Buy-one-get-one-free specialty rolls and $3 rolls? I'm sold.

This is your ordinary neighborhood sushi restaurant. The service is inconsistent, even though it's the same people all the time; sometimes they're attentive, sometimes they're not, but for the most part, they're pretty good about it.

Their spicy salmon is a sure win and so is their spicy shrimp roll. I used to get their spicy cooked scallop regularly but I find that recently, they've been skimping on the scallop, and putting more crunchy stuff, which makes it overwhelmingly dry. The ginza roll is good too.

I don't usually order from the specialty rolls menu - there's so much to choose from, I can never decide what to pick, but the ocean king roll and the spider roll are solid choices.

Their rock shrimp appetizer is to die for. If you've got a hankering for for somethig other than sushi, or might want something with your sushi, GET THIS. The sauce is delicious and I love love love the multi-colored roe they garnish it with. It's fun to feel them pop in your mouth!

The food is ok.  On a friday night, which admittedly was busy, I placed an order for delivery.  After an hour and 15 minutes, I called to make sure they hadn't forgotten me.  The person who answered said that someone was right outside my door.  This was not true.  After an hour and forty minutes I called to cancel the order.  Five minutes later, the food arrived.  Things that were supposed to be hot were stone cold.   I was disappointed.

Omiya is a great place for cheap sushi, but other than it, it's just a frequent hangout for the "more mature" students at nearby Fort Hamilton High School.

Located on 86th street, by 4th Ave in Brooklyn, it is different from other restaurants in the area, mainly because it serves Japanese Cuisine. Although the food is cheap, it is not always the best. Avoid ordering anything Pork or Fried. It will usually taste old, and be wet with oil.

Also, avoid ordering anything on the Dessert Menu. The prices seem cheap, but when you get your Fried Ice Cream, or whatever it be you're craving, it will be less than half the size of what you expected.

Unlike manly Asian restaurants, they are surprisingly stingy. You get a small order of rice with certain dishes, and if you want a refill, it will cost you $2. The service is not always the friendliest, but you get over it.

The atmosphere of Omiya is pleasant, the wait staff friendly and the service prompt, but the food on the other hand could use improvement.  While I've only ever ordered rolls from this place I am not thrilled at the idea of exploring further.  The eel avocado, philly, and salmon skin roll are tasty considering the price but I can't imagine anyone's palate being delighted. A nice place to stop in for a quick meal but I wouldn't recommend anyone bring a guest that they are trying to impress here.

There are a lot to say about this place as it gives an extensive range of dishes and sushi. The sushi were alright, I would not say it was the best I ever had but it definitely was not bad in a sense. The menu is ridiculous as it can be with the names of the sushi. I mean things like Spider Roll and Dragon Roll is what you expect; they do offer those but they also offer M16 Roll, Ak47 Roll, BMW Roll, iPhone Roll, and etc. Things you would not even think of they probably have it as a sushi.

The price is reasonable for such a place as most of the sushi is like 3$ and the special roll are buy one get one free which really gives u choices. I went here on multiple occasions because of my friends and since it was close to where they live and they love sushi. I am not the biggest sushi fan but this place has its ups and downs. The price is definitely reasonable and you won't leave with a hole in your wallet unless u go crazy on the sushi then thats just your fault. The problems that lies within this place is the sushi itself, people have different taste so some people may like it a lot while others think they try better ones.

All in all, its not a bad place for sushi and if you are kind of not a big spender, then I would recommend checking this place out at least once.

    Recommendation:
    Spider Roll
    Eel Roll
    Dragon Roll
Fried Green Tea Ice Cream (Sometimes good, sometimes bad)

Omiya is like the Target of sushi; affordable, reliable, and just good enough to provide you with whatever it is you need to satisfy a craving. I'd never order sashimi or sushi here, but the maki rolls, at under $4 a pop, are pretty good for a low-end joint. The special rolls, ranging in price from $7 to $25+, are also enjoyable. I highly recommend the spicy dancing kani roll -- crunchy, kani, spicy mayo -- very good.

I wouldn't travel out of the neighborhood to eat here, but since I'm here, when I want a cheap sushi, Omiya provideth.

I don't expect the freshest fish from here but their rolls have become somewhat inedible. And I've found a crapload of bones in my eel roll on more than one occasion. Pre-made supermarket sushi is better than this. Also, I know this may sound bizarre but their disposable wooden chopsticks smell REALLLLY bad. Like rotting wood but worse. I actually don't know what rotten wood smells like but I would expect it to smell like their chopsticks. It actually deterred me from eating my food.

The reasonably priced deal make this place a delivery staple for us every week once I get my tips! Between my gal and I we can cruise right around the $20 line and end up around with 6 rolls!

    Sheer Lunacy!!

They have caller id, and a pretty fast delivery guy. At this point it almost seems like as soon as I call in, they would tell me they order is on the way. They have a huge selection of crazy named rolls, and no matter what your price range there is no reason you shouldn't get ridiculously stuffed. The quality of the roll's craftsmanship has also been upheld, even on the lower priced rolls.

Hrmm... I wonder If I could get an order in right now.....

This has been my go-to sushi restaurant since it first opened. I love this place and its not only because of the amazing prices, its also because it tastes pretty darn good! It's not fancy and the service may not be the greatest but hey, I just want good food and a cheap eat :) Perfect place!

I been wanting to check out other sushi places. So i decided to go there with my friend. Of course they were extremely nice. I was disappointed w the taste of sushi. I have never been in a position where I didnt like the sushi and I ordered my unusual which was eel rolls. I will never go back there again.
