I now have the Olympus Lowdown:  Here is how you do it::
I always wanted to go here but I wasn't sure how to do it until my friend took me  and treated me to a one of the body scrubs.  It changed my life.

When you arrive bring with you comfy clothes and any lotions potions you want to use.  They will give you a key with a number, a robe, and a towel.  You leave your shoes at the front desk (so the locker room area is spotless).

Locker room area is where everyone changes into their little robes and puts valuable into the lockers.  This area also has blow dryers, cotton balls, toilets....general get ready to go back to the real world area.

Once you are in your little robe you take your towel and your potions (and water bottle) and enter the 'wet room'.  You keep your key with you and that number on the key is where you store you 'wet stuff' in the another cubby while you soak.

Yes everyone is naked but literally NOBODY looks at you and everyone has little cotton caps on.  (I imagine this is to keep hair out of the pools).  You can't really see one another nor would you recognize anyone.  You are supposed to shower when you first enter the wet room.  I used the soap provided.

Since I planned to have the scrub my friend and I just hung out for about 2 hours going from steam room to sauna to hot tub to cold plunge.  I know talking is frowned upon but we did lots of catching up and talked freely in the steam room when it was empty.  There is a huge water fall in the cold pool so actually its not quiet in there but I can see where talking could be annoying if you were trying to relax.  (we were there at almost 10 pm).

For the scrubs you can see rows of tables set up on one end of the room.  The women that do the scrubs are all business and you don't feel at all shy.  About 30 minutes prior to your scrub the come around with your number on a plastic card.  I was #61 so when the woman appeared she told me to stay in the hot tub or the stream room for the next 30 minutes to prepare my skin.

Okay...now for the good part....the SCRUB.  It's 100 percent clean because you can see them scrubbing down the area prior to them fetching you.  You lay starting  face down down but eventually are on all 4 sides, and they ask you if you have any injuries or cuts to be aware of.  They are basically wearing swim skirts, tank tops, and flip flops so they are prepared to get down and dirty while the scrub you.  Scrubbing begins and they go wild!  You can't believe the amount of skin that comes off.  It's not painful or uncomfortable and they aren't all up in your tween so you don't need to worry about feeling violated.  The rinse you several times with warm water and are pros and not splashing it on your face.  The also ask if you want your face scrubbed (I said yes and she did it with a very gentle scrubber).  They are pretty much all business Asian ladies and like I said...you don't feel weird at all.  I high fived my lady (Bobbi) after and can't wait to go back.

Once the scrub is done you had over to the little shower area and sit on these stools.  This is the time to get your potions our and wash hair and shave your legs if you want.  After that its back to the locker room for your clothes and off you go....a whole new woman.  It's freaky how much skin ends up coming off during the scrub.

For those scared of being naked in public just go alone and follow the above advice.  You don't have to talk to anyone or make any eye contact with people.  There were HUGE, Med, and small women in there with all sorts of various bodies so there would be no need to feel uncomfortable.  Liberating actually.  Several women were in with their books reading, I saw others getting their entire bodies rubbed with lotion (which looked amazing).

I hope this helps anyone who has been curious about the spa.  My skin feels incredible and Im totally going back next month. It was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday night and hang out with one of my girlfriends.  My husband I think actually was jealous that he couldn't go get the same scrub down lol.

    Do not hunger yourself.

This is on a sign heading into the pools.

I have reinterpreted it for my mantra and it fits this experience perfectly.

The check in process is a bit brusk for a spa, you hand them the money ($35 admission fee) and your keys, apparently to trade for the keys to the locker room. Like they're so valuable, I'd just steal them, on that little pink stretchy thing.

They hand you a pile of linens, a robe like from the hospital, a hair cap of the same material, a bath and hand towel. You put your shoes in a cubby-with your key number on it-just past reception, and go inside.

Once in the locker room, undress, put on a robe, go to the room with the pools and showers, just on the other side of the door, at another cubby with the same number you put your 'non valuables' : your bottle of water (or buy one at the desk for .75), and your towels. You shower and then head, nude into one of the four pools varying in heat from 'lobster boil' to OMFG freezing.

In the same area, there's an herbal steam or a sauna, please shower after using said rooms the sign clearly points out, with a Silkwood shower right next to them.

Then you can put your robe on and head to the rooms in the back... no, not that kind of rooms, dirty bird.

There are different Korean style mineral rooms, with each's properties posted outside. In the center are couches to lounge (and in our case, chat) in.

In between pools and rooms, we also had lunch in the restaurant- it was good and reasonably priced and they did accommodate my weird food modification requests. Tea and some amuse bouche are also brought to you when you order so you can munch while you see them prepare your food.

    Tips:
Bring your own water bottle and refill as needed from the fountains

As you go in, buy one of the scrubbies from the front desk on your way in, your dead skin needs scrubbing, girl. Get it out after the pools and saunas in the showers before hitting the rooms.  Or, if you're feeling flush, add a scrub and moisturizing session to your visit for about $130.

Bring your own shampoo/lotion whatever if you want to, it's not too hard to use your own but there's is okay if you don't want to hassle.

Through the end of 2011, your birthday is free admission, after that it's half price.

And most of all, do not hunger yourself, you deserve this respite from the hard life you sometimes live, spending time and money on yourself is good for your soul. That is the part of you that needs to not be hungered most.

Olympus Spa is definitely the place to get pampered! You can easily spend the entire day here and I truly feel that it's Disney World for adults.

The entrance fee is $35, which is steep, but it's free on your birthday! There are about 9 dry rooms (charcoal room, sand room, chill room, etc) and a large wet room. The wet room has 4 pools - cold, luke warm, warm, & hot. There is also a sauna & steam room.

Services are extra. I got the body wrap & my friends got body scrubs & massage. Body wrap was amazing - sweat out all the toxins.

Korean restaurant was yummy & it's beyond weird to eat dinner in a bathrobe in a restaurant.

Be prepared to wear a hair net the entire time!

I have been to the spa many times but never had a facial there before. I went for the Vitamin C facial and was treated to an amazing experience by IRINA, one of the Estheticians there. Not only are the products amazing, good smelling, skin soothing and just down-right-decadent, but the process was so good, if not better than having a massage.
The experience included the BEST, MOST LUXURIOUS, FACE MASSAGE I have ever had; not only did my skin glow afterwards but I felt completely relaxed and like my skin had the long drink it craved. Irina is a gem and I can't recommend her highly enough.

authentic... prices are almost 1/3 less... the scrub is better .. the wrap at the Olympus is a joke  and a rip off..

Immerse yourself in the sauna-like heat of the sandy beach room. Recline on the blanket-covered sand with a heavy pillow under your head and bask in the soft orange glow radiating from a single high window. Ahhh, faintly in the distance I hear ocean waves and seagulls but they won't  come too close. Why? Because I have arrived. This is my happy place...

And it's only one room of many at this Korean bath house.

Enter the infrared-lit Charcoal Room with it's woven bamboo mat floors, where the charcoal will absorb and remove toxins and electromagnetic waves that harm our bodies. The Mud & Jade Room improves circulation and relieves stress & tension. The Elvan Stone Room breaks down body fat and facilitates weight loss while improving skin tone and texture. And there's a Chill Room just for cooling down and relaxing.

Wait, there's more! There are pools and baths with the renowned Korean body scrub leaving you silky soft for weeks. They offer massages, nail care, traditional tea and a Korean kitchen with juice bar.

It's on the pricey side, and the open space leading up to the heated rooms resembles an upscale medical center filled with ladies lounging around in hospital gowns and caps. I wish they could upgrade the wardrobes and decorate all the ceilings like the 180* room. OH! And if they would just start offering hot yoga in the charcoal and salt rooms. Well, that would rock my world!

Just read the review from the massage therapist who worked there.  I also know another gal who works there and loves it.  And as a massage therapist myself, knowing this makes me all the more stoked about this place.  I've been there to soak and scrub many times, and knowing that the folks who work there are happy just completes the picture for me.

The amenities at Olympus Spa are great. It is the front desk people that are unfortunately lacking in professionalism and customer service. I would definitely not recommend supporting this spa as they have no concept of delivering exceptional service to the women who visit and support this business.

The management is truly disappointing and almost unbelievable in their rudeness.

What comes around goes around, Olympus Spa!

Affordable and divine. What more could you ask for? This place is awesome  - $35 gets you an all day pass to the pools, saunas and heated rooms, where you can hang out until midnight if you want. Is it a little strange walking around buck nekkid in front of friends and strangers? Yeah, for the first 10 minutes or so, and then the novelty/strangeness wears off and the feeling of complete relaxation sets in.

When I come here, I like to soak in the pool for an hour or two, then alternate between the saunas and pools for a while longer. I scrub myself down, then head to the heated rooms. Every now and then I'll treat myself to a facial or massage  - the facials are amazing! So relaxing and my skin feels so hydrated and glowing after!

A few months back, I had my brows waxed here and OMG, Melissa is amazing! She shaped my (unruly) brows perfectly and I've started going back monthly for shapings. (You can get spa services without paying for a day pass). Just sitting in the lounge area, waiting for my brow wax is relaxing. It's quiet, calm and I relax my feet with one of the foot roller/massager things. The individual spa rooms where waxings and facials occur are clean and calm, with very comfy spa beds. I almost fall asleep while Melissa and I are chatting as she waxes my unruly brows into shape.

One note - you can pay for services with a card, but bring cash for tips.

To keep this review in perspective, I should note that this was my first time at a bath-house.  I've gone to a Thallasotherapy spa in Europe, but this was my first all-women, naked US spa experience.  And it was FANTASTIC!

I didn't have any of the spa services, but I'm sure they are awesome.  I did enjoy some of the pools, the sitting and standing showers, as well as a few of the rooms and the lounge area.

As the pregnant mother of a 2 1/2 year old, sometimes all I need is a day of quiet.  This place covered that very well and I feel relaxed and renewed.  For $35, it's well worth it to just soak in some quiet time.

I also had some food in the cafe and can give a thumbs-up report to the BBQ chicken with rice.  Go, get naked and enjoy!

Went back again today by myself.

I was wrong, the entrance fee is $35, but still.

Only reason they are losing a star is because service in the restaurant was really slow. There were only a few of us in there, and none of us demanding, and it took over an hour to eat and get my bill.

Other than that, still great. Spent lots of time reading in the hot rooms, and I bought one of their scrubby things and scrubbed the crap out of myself in the shower area, instead of having a scrub done.

Also, as I've been looking around at prices of facials and those type services other places, they are steep here at the spa. Facials start at $90 and go up depending on what kind of facial you want. The express facial is $50, and it's only 30min.

Enjoy whole day @ the spa. The place is little different from American style spa. It is more Asian style spa(bath house). I am glad that we have this kind of spa @ Lynnwood.

I check in around 9:30 to enjoy my day. I was really surprise that i was only Asian in there. After few hours I did see familiar Asians . However, 90% of people were non-asian. How weird???

The price here is very high and I am a little shock @ the price. I am guessing that they set the price high because they don't have enough competition or clients. The price @ CA is almost half the price. It is little sad that I won't be able to visit monthly.......it will be like yearly. (I used to go monthly @ Bayarea).

I stay whole day to get my money worth. I had a awesome scrub and great time. The food was ok and there were not many choices. Again, the price is high. Personally, i don't think it is worth to eat there but when you are low sugar you need to eat. : ( Even with great time i was little annoy by some things.

1st, I can't stand people non-stop talking. I am there to enjoy and relax. So many people have no manner at all. After all the signs saying "pls wisper". I don't get what is there so much to talk about. I wish they just go to coffee shop or food court to talk. I really want to tell this people to "SHUT UP". I guess my family background prevent me to be rude to people even though they don't deserve it. I start to dislike having group of people coming to spa.

    2. I don't like wearing cap all the time. I really wish they don't require that.

    3. I also wish the all the Jacuzzis were a lot bigger. I think it is kind of stupid that they have more area for scrub than Jacuzzi.

    4. My favorite is mugwort water. They should have a mugwort Jacuzzi for t instead a Small tub where people only can use for rinse.

    5. I wish people take shower before going into spa area. Most people do take shower however i saw few people did not. I really think the worker must remind new customer to take shower before enter the spa. I don't think people read all those signs @ all. Since the worker give tour to new customer they should definitely tell them the rules.

Having experienced authentic Korean spas in Los Angeles and being completely spoiled by them, I can say Olympus isn't up to par. The heated rooms don't feel as they should, they have digital clocks in them (which is odd), the ceilings and wall are not complete for the room, exposing painted walls giving a strip-mall feel rather than JimJilBang. They do not provide spa flip-flops which I thought was gross, especially in the wet-room. Meh.

I also love being naked, and also love hot water. So when my neighbor-friend was like 'Hey Whitney, wanna go sit around naked in hot water with me?', I was all about the idea (of Olympus).

I've always felt comfortable being nude in front of others, so I think that is a very significant reason as to why I felt so safe and happy in this environment. If you at least don't have an open mind, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

But really, sincerely. There is no judgment here! It's like there is a pre-established community within- which makes sense because I'd imagine every woman who comes here is in the same mindset and has the same goals-- to relax and take care of oneself.

35 bucks for an all day pass. I didn't partake in any of the services because I'm a college student living hand to mouth, but damn, I wanted a full body salt scrub more than I can express. I compensated with one of those 3 dollar scrubby mits you can get at the front desk (the same kind they use for the service) and hung out in the open shower area and scrubbed the living fuck out of myself.

And there are five or so different rooms in the dry part of the sauna (robes required) with sand based floors with a carpet of canvas secured over it and on top of that is a bunch of pillows arranged about. Each room has different temps. 90-170. And they have a sound machine that plays ocean/waves and you can just....fall asleep.

I'm totally coming here for free entrance on my birthday to celebrate my birthday suit. This is an absolute must.

EDIT: MAKE SURE TO GET A STAMP CARD!

I cant believe I haven't reviewed this place but alas, here I am at home all relaxed & smelling good thinking I should probably write a review now before I fall asleep.

I generally spend an average of 5 hrs here total, not including any services. I just had a wrap & massage and although the massage wasn't of my normal taste (I usually like it rough....) it was good. The wrap was great & I saw Bea for both.

I love the new candles they're putting out in the water area and the food was much tastier & a lot fresher than before.

Please note: yes, you're naked in the water areas only, I don't want to see your junk hanging out all over the place while youre stretching in one of the rooms, that's why they give you robes sister! I like being naked like the rest of us & feeling liberated but eeeww, please be respectful of others retinas.

I love this place. It's the closest thing I have to an onsen in the U.S. but with milder pool temperatures.

The staff are nice and even when its busy, they will offer a quick tour for first-timers for bathing etiquette and a bit of information for each of the rooms and areas. The entire area is also entirely bare feet (with the exception of the entrance where you pay for your entrance fee) so you will have a little box area to place your shoes at the entrance of the spa.

    Pools:
The pool area is awesome. There is a variety of pools with different temperatures and a mild cold pool (its just not as cold as the cold pool at Banya 5) with a water fall. On Friday/Saturday evenings in the fall/winter, there are candles placed around the pool area, which is a nice treat. There is also a steam room and a (tiny) cool-down room in the pool area as well.

    Mugwort:
Near the pool area, there is a mugwort pool with plastic tubs you can use to pour mugwort over your body/hair/face. The faucet to turn on/off the mugwort water is behind the pool area entrance near the doors you enter. I saw a few ladies who left the water running until it overflowed thinking it turns off on its own and a few ladies who didn't know where the faucet was to turn on the mugwort water faucet.

    Heated Rooms:
These were nice and the rooms are really warm and dry. Most of them were too dark to read in, but great to take a short nap or to close your eyes for a bit.

    Tea Room:
$4/unlimited + 2 snacks. I paid $4 for unlimited tea and it was awesome. I got 2 Luna Bars and an unlimited variety of teas. You pretty much get a tag that corresponds with your locker number and put that tag around a cup handle to use during your stay.

    Restaurant:
I love that there is a restaurant but it was a bit steep for bulgogi ($15). Maybe its because I know it costs less than that to make it, and to buy a good bulgogi plate at other Korean restaurants. However, they were really great in letting me know which foods contained fish/shellfish (I'm deathly allergic to all seafood) and I had no cross-contamination reactions. The meals come with an appetizer (banchan) and the rice had beans in them (it is not plain white rice). My friend who is unable to eat wheat or gluten was also able to eat here safely.

    The Naked:
Yes, you are naked but its really not that bad. Its kind of hilarious because everyone has the same frumpy shower/hair caps so sometimes, it might be kind of hard to find your friends if you lose them in the pool area! I like that they enforce showering before entering the pool area - sorry, but I don't want to see any dingleberries floating around! You receive a hair cap to wear throughout your stay and a thin gown to wear in the heated room areas. If you have your own shower/hair cap, you can bring in your own as well. There are ladies of all sizes, shapes, tattooed/un-tattooed, surgical scars, etc...and it's a nice communal and safe environment to relax and take care of yourself. You can bring your own showering soaps/shampoos as well.

    Skin Scrub:
I didn't order the skin scrub because it was something that I've been doing at home since a kid. In Japan, it's called akakosuri ("removing dirt") and the same thing that they do in Korea as well, and soap is usually never used. It's nice to know that they offer it here though but I don't think I can shell out the $$ for it when I can do it at home myself. And yes, they are supposed to be scrubbing you that hard! It isn't a foo-foo pet-the-kitty skin scrub.

This place is such a treat for myself and the few friends I have who are OK with the being-entirely-naked issue, and it's utterly perfect for a cold, dreary day to revel in a few hours of a warm, relaxing environment

Maybe I was spoiled by going to a Korean spa in LA, but for the price of this place I just wasn't impressed.

I was getting married in a week, and I wanted baby soft skin and a chance to de-stress so I booked an appointment here. I also invited my girlfriends, and there's no better way to truly bond with your girlfriends then going to a naked spa together. I'm sure we were those annoying "loud" girls that needed to shut up so for that I'm sorry. However, we did shower before jumping in. I don't understand why you wouldn't do that. All the signs say to and there are so many showers available.

The all day spa entry is $35 and the full body scrub is $65, which doesn't include tip or tax. Personally I think the entry fee should be included when you purchase one of the spa services, but whatever. The facility is nice and clean. They provide you with a locker, towels, shower cap, and bathrobe. To really get your money's worth you should plan on spending most of your day here. Take a dip in the different hot tubs, steam room, sauna, and then try the different rooms. I thought my scrub was just okay, I didn't feel like she did a really thorough job. Also, you tip when you leave, and they have a wall with pictures of the staff members. I guess if I were to come back here again I would just pay the $35 to use the facilities, the scrub wasn't worth it. My friend and I fell asleep in one of the rooms, and when we left my muscles just felt so relaxed :)

The spa in LA cost me $80 for a full body scrub and it included the use of the facilities. They didn't have as many hot tubs or rooms, but the scrub was amazing and included a mini facial and a hair wash! *sigh how I miss that place.

Ahhhh the naked lady spa!  I do love the naked lady spa and I am a fan but i do have a couple suggestions/reservations.  I usually go with a couple of my girlfriends and while I appreciate that the spa is supposed to be a tranquil relaxing place I do think that maybe on weekend night when large groups of ladies come here they could have special "Talking Allowed" hours.  It kinda sucks to go with friends and not be able to talk above a whisper.  Judging by how many groups were shushed this past Saturday I would say this might be a popular thing.

My other suggestion is you eat beforehand.  One of my friends love Korean food but I don't like loading up on cabbage and pickled things before spa time.  Also, since the resturant is inside the spa area most ladies go in after they change in to thewir robes.  It's a little awkward to carry your money in while just wearing a robe.  I think it would be cool if you could charge your meal to your locker number and pay when you leave.

    That's my 2 cents.

I have spa service at many places but their Korean Body Scrub is the best. I suggest the Korean Body Scrub!  Seriously?  Being scrubbed head to toe & rinsed with hot water for 40 minutes.  My skin has NEVER been so soft! Even my hubby can tell the different!!!!! I really got my money worth.

I also buy their gift card for my friend's bridal shower. She loves it. I'm sure her hubby love it, too. ; )

I love Olympus spa. For $35, you can sit around as long as you want in different hot, cold, cool, and warm pools. The mugwort rinse used before and after entering the pool is refreshing and smells wonderful.

I love the different temperature rooms. To be fair, I can't handle extended sittings in heat. I end up feeling like an incredibly obese man is sitting on my chest. But I love rotating between the jade, salt, and charcoal rooms with cooling rooms in-between.

It's a comfortable, all-women spa, and the food in the Korean restaurant that's attached is really tasty, too.

I hope to go back soon. Really soon. Like, now. Please?

My girlfriends and I experienced Olympus Spa in Lynnwood for the first time as my birthday celebration. It was fabulous! This is the perfect local getaway if you want to relax & unwind from your busy schedule.  You can literally spend hours at this spa.  I experienced a massage and it was therapeutic and relax. The salt room and steam rooms were my favorite.  A fun place to go with friends or even alone.  Definitely take advantage of their birthday specials too!

Are you a female looking for a spa to escape to for a few hours (or a day)?

Olympus Spa might be just the spot! If you don't mind lots of naked ladies around you, of course.

This spa is quite big, and they have a number of services available. Waxing, massages, scrubs, mani/pedi's, etc. I haven't experienced any of them, but they sound pretty fantastic. The exterior isn't especially impressive (think: strip mall), but the treasures hidden within are worthwhile.

My friend and I weren't looking to spend extra money on services, so we stuck with just paying the entree fee ($35). I wish I would have gone on my birthday, because I hear it's free that day!

I enjoyed the hot tub and the wet/dry steam rooms, and really enjoyed the rather unique mugwort water that you dump on yourself in the pool room. It smelled quite nice!

My favorite part was probably their selection of Earth Energy Heated Rooms. Mud and Jade, Sand, Salt, Charcoal, Elvan Stone, etc. I'm daydreaming about those at the end of a hot Summer day, so I can't even imagine how fantastic those rooms will sound to me in the dead of Winter!

Towards the end of our visit, we both got quite hungry and decided to pay the in-spa (Korean) restaurant a visit. We were thankful for the option to get food there, and it was kind of fun to eat dinner wearing light robes! The service and food were a-ok, and both our plates were big enough to result in to-go boxes to store in our lockers as we hit the hot rooms a couple more times.

As should be the norm, my friend and I both finished up our visit with nice, long showers. The herbal shampoos/conditioners were great for leaving the spa smelling good and feeling clean, relaxed!

I found the entry pass price to be a bit steep, but the experience to be a positive one. I just wish it was cheaper so I could justify joining my friends on trips there more often!

5 stars for Irina the esthetician! That was one of the best facials I've ever had....and if you like extractions - I don't mean the process itself, but the results :) - she is fabulous! Her facial massage was great also, so if you don't already have a regular skin-care specialist that you see for facials, I highly recommend Irina.
The place itself I'd actually give 4 stars.
I didn't think the girls at the front desk were all that personable or happy to see us come in - I took my mom there for her birthday at the beginning of the month.
We both got facials, and we used the relaxation rooms.
The entry fee is $35 - which I think should be waved when you buy a service, or two, or three...
On your birthday that fee is indeed waved, I have to give them that.

I love being naked. I love hot water.

So when my friend scheduled her birthday shindig at Olympus (where you get in free if it's your birthday, with proof of ID) it didn't take much convincing to get me up to Lynnwood.

The facilities are very clean and it was nice to hang out with so much estrogen. There is a kinship among female strangers that induces great conversations and laughter. The pool room was not silent, despite all the posted signs requesting so.

The scrub was a new experience. Laying on a vinyl-covered table surrounded by eight others in a washroom, all of us having our skin sloughed off together...you don't get to do this kind of thing often. If you have sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend getting a scrub; it was very intense, even after I requested certain areas be gently scrubbed. Every inch of you (sans labia) is smoothed and buffed. I was pretty tense because I was afraid of getting my nips accidentally scrubbed and SURE ENOUGH, it happened. Pain. But it quickly subsided. And who doesn't like a little bit of pain on the sensitive spots sometimes? But I digress.

The best part was the bath afterwards. Yeah, a full-on lather and gentle massage, with warm rinse. HEAVEN. Ladies, listen to me: you will want to be petted like a happy cat when this is done, proud of your crazy-soft skin. When Lisa was finished with me she said "New skin! Old skin gone away! New day for you!" I agree. She was right. You feel like a new person.

The rooms were lovely. I like the sand room best. 150 degrees was just the right temperature and laying on that hot sand reminded me of my former Southern California life. The 170 degree meditation room made me think I was having a heart attack. I made it for five minutes before the chest pains kicked in. Bring a book to nerd out with while recovering from each room experience. You can (and should) only take so much.

I would be back again in three days for my birthday if I weren't leaving town, but I'll just have to return again the week after. More pretty ladies and hot water and scented lotions, please! I'm such a girl.

This is my favorite place when I need to break away and take it easy. Just like so many other people, I enjoy good sauna - and this place has 8 different rooms to choose from (salt, sand, charcoal - you name it!). It is women-only (sorry, gents!) and it is not cheap, but well worth it. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and there's a warm reading room and foot massages in the lobby if you want to take a break from the heat.

The pool room is great for all the choices within: a cold pool, a cool jacuzzi, a warm jacuzzi, and a really hot jacuzzi. I like the contrast and enjoy jumping from cold to hot and back.

The services that they offer are great too. I really like the scrub and moisturizing, and thought that massage was so-so for the price.

But most of all, I like their cafe that serves really tasty Korean food. It is not greasy, has lots of veggies, and many options. In addition, there's freshly squeezed juices and freshly made smoothies. And, of course, tea. As a matter of fact, if you are not hungry, you could do a tea ceremony instead.

Highly recommend - and really one of the best spas in town.

I am serious when I say I can't wait to get back to the sand room to pass out. What a killer idea to take the day and soak, sweat, get scrubbed, go soak again, have some amazing food and hey go ready trashy mags, books whatever and then choose another lounging room to crash in again. I love it there!!!!

This is not a place for a quick trip - this is a place to take your time even if you only have one service scheduled.

The reason is there are many things you will want to do while here besides whatever service you scheduled because they have 4 hydrotherapy pools all in different temperatures, a Mugwort bath, a steam sauna, a dry heat sauna, and five different heated rooms. Oh yeah, and a Korean restaurant and Tea Room.

I had a massage from Anita which was very good.
And then I had the Korean Body Scrub and Moisturizing Treatment from Eve which was very good too.

For the scrub, she scrubbed every place - there was no fold left unscrubbed.  It was a hurt so good kind of thing.
    Then everything was moisturized too.
This includes face moisturizing with various emollients including honey and then a fresh cucumber mask.
So if getting a body moisturizing treatment then you wouldn't want to schedule a facial on the same visit because of the overlap in treatment.

The whole pool area including the body scrubs and moisturizing treaments are in an all nude area.

If it sounds weird to you to be walking around naked with a bunch of other women from pool to pool and to scrubs - well you get over that feeling in the first three minutes so it is a non-issue.

    Definitely worth checking out.

I will be going again on my birthday when you get free entry.

My skin looks and feels brand new.

I am a fan of their:
--pay $35 and stay as long as you like
    --free entrance on your birthday
--charcoal room (same temp as sand room, but feels more detoxifying)
--104 degree tub o' water with jet streams
--60 degree tub o' water with cascading water that serve well to massage tight shoulders
--mugwort well (to ease all sorts of womanly problems)
    --automatic foot massagers in lounge--ahhh
--trashy magazines in lounge so i can catch up on celebrity gossip

    I'm not a fan of:
--not being able to get a punchcard stamp on your birthday
--not being able to get a punchcard stamp on your birthday even though you're paying for a service that costs $45 more than the entrance fee
--the korean food smell in my locker
--tacky notices and signs on bulletin boards and throughout the premises

    the good outweigh the bad.

everyone ought to get the body scrub once a year to cleanse their skin of impurities.  at first it feels like your skin is on fire. but then they put warm towels on you and massage your limbs and face until you just want to melt on the scrub tables.. yay korean ajumas~

I really do love this place, and have been many times over the years. There's so much to experience with the various pools and rooms and I really enjoy their cafe with its wholesome, clean food.

Sadly, I was most disappointed in my foot massage the other day. It's not like I didn't know that it was only 25 minutes long and that it cost $48, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. And it was very nice, just way too short for the price. Or, it should have been about $35 for the length of time that it is. There is nothing like leaving a massage feeling like you've been taken advantage of. Then, I tipped the massage therapist $5 because she herself was great--it's not her fault it's a 25 minute massage. So they got even more money out of me. And what's really interesting is the 25 minute body massage is $5 less at $43! Does this make sense to anyone?

Kind of disappointing, Olympus Spa! Just because you have a huge customer base of women that are crazy about this place doesn't mean you have to gouge us on other things! No more massages for me of any kind at Olympus Spa.

My friend kept pressuring me to go to this spa with her and while I was very reluctant, I did enjoy myself.  The different rooms (salt room, sand room, meditation room, etc) were wonderful relaxing places and the ability to stay as long as you want and just relax is a wonderful concept in our busy lives.  However, the naked pool rooms is where most people have their hesitations.  While I am not a prude to the human body, I am a stickler for sanitary settings, and I do agree with other posts that I wish an attendant would require showers before sitting in the pools; would clean up the floors a little more, etc.   I was frustrated that many women used the time to be chatty with their friends, while some of us were trying to relax and zone out - but again, that is where more attentive staff members could come in handy.

The saving grace to this trip was the salt scrub that I paid for.  CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH about the scrub experience or the result.  While it's very pricey, it was a nice treat to myself.

Do recommend this spa, but suggest that you purchase spa sandals  and come with an open mind.

I love spas and have been to many. Olympus is wonderful and unique for this area, but not world-renowned. It's fashioned after a Korean bath, so it's a do-it-yourself type environment. I like to go during slower times to avoid the chatty ladies -- and those who lack spa etiquette.

The scrub is their signature service and I require these regularly now every 2 months or so. Be sure to be specific about whether you want a more gentle or vigorous scrub and you will be thoroughly satisfied. Moisturizing and detoxifying treatments are also wonderful and worth doing at least one a year or on a special occasion. The other services -- nails, massage, facials, etc do not really have a very good price to value ratio so I would go elsewhere for these. I have also noticed that the front desk staff can come off rude and over the years it hasn't changed much. It is worth overlooking as long as everything else is up to par.

Go to Olympus during off-hours to center yourself and exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. Enjoy.

I had a couple of great days here.  But you do need to know what it is and what it is not.  This is not a luxury spa where you'll be pampered and puffed in luxurious robes and private paradises.  You're checked in somewhat brusquely, thrown out in the open with the masses, and from there, the experience is what you make of it.  For me, I loved the freedom to jump from the hot to extra hot to cold pools, lounge in the various healing rooms and sauna, and break up the cycles with a vigorous salt scrub on a wet table surrounded by dozens of others doing the same thing.  It was a different type of relaxation, but relaxation nonetheless, and I felt smooth, clean, and silky afterward.  I've tried the other individual services from time to time, and they can be hit or miss.  I've had some very good facials and some ok ones there.  I had a massage that was relaxing, but not particularly deep.  I had a pretty decent, but not stand-out, mani-pedi.  I would not select this spa as the best place in the area to do any one of these things, but for the price, you can do many more of them here than elsewhere, and combined with the ability to make a full day of it, it's an appealing way to unwind and treat yourself.  It's probably not the place for you if you're  uncomfortable with nudity or are expecting 5-star pampering, but otherwise, I'd give it a try.

Free entrance fee on your birthday unless you get a package and that's included - otherwise, it's $35 any other time. Family couldn't think of a gift for me so they got me a gift certificate after I went there. Got another chance to go and enjoyed it again. I went here, based on Yelp reviews (Thank You!!), for the birthday special (free entry pass which includes "use of all the spa facilities such as herbal hydrotherapy pools, earth energy rooms, steam, sauna, and etc for a whole day").  My husband also prepaid for me to get a body scrub (aren't I lucky?!).  My scrub appointment was at 1pm, so I was told to be there by noon to start soaking.

I arrived at noon and was quickly checked in.  All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.  After touring the facility, I got started.  I knew, based on Yelp reviews, that this was a women-only nude spa, so I tried to psyche myself up beforehand.  My fellow Yelpers were correct - I got over it pretty fast.  There are women of all different shapes, sizes, colors, and ages.  There is no need to be self-conscious.

I started off by soaking in one of the warm pools, then sat in the steam sauna for a bit, then back to the warm pool.  Then it was time for my scrub.  Woah, the scrub was awesome!  It was a little weird at first because you're naked on a table being scrubbed right next to another naked person on a table being scrubbed.  But then I just relaxed and the experience was quite enjoyable.  My skin was SO silky, soft, and glowy!

Then I spent the next 3.5 hours wandering around the spa, trying out the different rooms, using the foot massagers in the lounge, back to the pools and saunas, then back to the rooms, etc.  I was in heaven.  When I was ready to leave, I went back to the locker room, got dressed, and used their vanity area to do my hair and makeup.  On my way out, I stopped by the cafe and ordered some veggie fried rice to go.  It was delicious!

A couple things:  You must wear a cloth shower cap on your head at all times.  There are signs everywhere that ask people to whisper, but unfortunately there are many women who come in groups and they can be rather loud.  Sometimes that got annoying.  Also, you give your car keys as collateral for the spa locker key, or else pay a small deposit.  Lastly, there is a wall near the front reception desk that contains small boxes to insert a tip for your scrubber/service provider.

    All in all, amazing!
