The experience was great. The hostess was very inviting as well as the rest of the staff. There was a table giving the waitress a difficult time, she was clearly having a hard time but did a great job keeping a smile and making our experience great.
The food was perfectly cooked. The scallops were melt in your mouth good and I had no complaints with the experience. It was great. -

Derek was our server. Even tho he was extremely busy...he was very good at bouncing from table to table. I highly recommend Derek if u visit this location.

The bread sticks are addictive (if I could I'd eat them for hours).
Service is friendly and the place is clean.
As long as it's not a weekend the wait to be seated isn't long. Otherwise it can be more than an hour wait.
When the endless pasta deal or soup/salad deal is going on, the price is much more reasonable.
I'd eat here again, but it's not my first choice. -

Great soup salad and breadsticks. Also love the Chicken Alfredo Pizza! Get extra Alfredo for those breadsticks too. Delicious desserts as well.

Came in for a light dinner. Soup seems there's hardly anything in it. Friendly service but the cost doesn't justify the low quality of food.

I go to Olive Garden probably about 3 to 4 times a year. I usually go there for a date because of the good service, food and a nice place to dress up. I always get a good experience dining there, but not so good last weekend.
When I got there, I've seen many people going inside and people also waiting outside. I have a feeling we are going to wait. The waiter told us only 35 min, but we waited for over an hour and half. This was my first time waiting in olive garden for more than 30 min, I still remember my friends and I, we waited only 20 min and there is 8 of us. One of us was complaining about the waiting time, the managers came to us and told us that the table will be ready for us with 2 free appetizer samplers.
Like always, after we got seated, the waiter, Anthony was asking us something to drink and offer us wine. I was surprised that the manager was serving us the drink and once again he apologizing about the waiting time. Anthony took our meal order and next minute later he come with the bread and the samplers. Soup and salad come and finally the meal. Anthony always come and checks up on us, refilling water or anything else that he can help us with. The samplers, bread and the soup that come with the entry always make me full, I only ate a little of my entrée and Anthony boxed my left over for me.
In my opinion, it wasn't a bad experience at all. The waiting time it's the only problem, if we got seated quickly, I would rated an excellent restaurant. Waiting time - 2 free samplers = energy for standing waiting to be seated. I would go back to Olive Garden, I like everything there, but I wouldn't back on Saturday Night or anytime when they will be pack. -

We went to olive garden about 2 weeks ago. I have to say the management and staff were awesome. I ordered the Steak Toscana and unfortunately it arrived over cooked, my server quickly got another steak cooking for me, the chef came out and apologized and asked how i would like my steak cooked, then when i got the steak the chef who cooked it came out to make sure it was cooked correctly, then the manager took the steak off of the bill.
If that wasn't enough they let me take the over cooked steak home and my Great Dane is very appreciative.
I have never had a bad meal at Olive garden and will continue to go. -

It's Olive Garden - nothing amazing, but nothing to really complain about either. I think their dishes for dinner are pretty pricey but it's a great place for lunch. I love coming and getting the soup, salad and breadsticks - healthy, fast and super tasty. I also love the smoked cheese sauce that comes on the portabello ravioli. Also of note, the buzzers still work at Half Price Books so if the line is long you can still have a little diversion :)

Want to go 3.5 stars on this one.....
Most crowded I've seen a Snohomish County restaurant that early on Saturday night in a loooonnng time; got there at five and the lobby was overflowing!
-30-minute wait wasn't unbearable, but definitely cramped.
-Waitress was phenomenal! Everything she did exceeded standards for service!
-Salad and breadsticks as tasty as always
-Main courses fine, not "knock your socks off", but fine
-Prices a bit too proud; $13 for ziti noodles with basic sauce and melted cheese is a little ridiculous. -

What can I say....it's Olive Garden. They are OK and not too expensive. The one in Everett is decent, the workers are nice, but it's not a "gotta have it or I'm gonna freak out" kind of place. We had a gift card....enough said.

Place smelled of nursing home or pee in the carpet... we had to leave even before ordering! Definately NOT the traditional OG atmosphere!

Yea, it's Olive Garden... yea, it's chain, but as far as family-friendly dining I like it here. The salad and bread sticks are tasty and I'm just about always impressed with whatever entree I eat. We just visited here tonight and our waitress, Monica, was just excellent. Ask for her if you want top-notch service.

I hadn't been to the Olive Garden for awhile when my son and I decided to treat ourselves. The dress code is anything from shorts to dressy. Anyone is welcome here and they make you feel that way. My son had a bowl of the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. It's a creamy soup with chicken and Italian dumplings. He said it was very good. He also had the Create a Sampler Italiano which included calamari, stuffed mushrooms, fried zucchini, chicken fingers, fried mozzarella and pork ravioli. I had Manicotti Formaggio which was excellent. It comes with a huge salad. Honestly I could have invited a couple of other people over to our table - I had three helpings of the salad and then ended up taking some of my dinner home for a treat later. They also have an endless basket of bread sticks - I would recommend not waiting to eat them as they aren't as good once they cool off. The waitress was very good at her job. She removed things from our table usually without us really noticing. We never felt like our conversation was interrupted. I felt it was a little pricey but for the amount of food you get it really wasn't.
