I just love the olive garden! We don't have one where I live so I was really looking forward to coming here and I was not disappointed.  I had the all you can eat pasta,  I added sausage, it was so good!  But I couldn't do more then 1 plate.  Had to save room for Zeppolis, they were so good! Our waitress was so nice and friendly.  We had lots of time to kill so we just sat and talked.  She didn't try to hurry us up.  When we told her we were from Maui, she talked with us more.  Even the manager came to our table to check on us.  Great service and great food!  I really wish we had an Olive Garden in Hawaii!

I never like to write a review without trying a restaurant at least 3x... I dont need to go to Olive garden again to ensure you that this place is a waste of God's time and my money.

I had the stuffed rigatoni- my 7 year old nephew could have prepared this dish with a little more skill. And furthermore it was cold, since we had waited at least a half hour.

The waitress , apologized, took back the abomination they call food and brought me a Chicken Marsala which wasn't as bad as the 1st but definitely was not worth the $16 I had to cough up.

Prior to this occasion- the first time I came here, I had a dish- the name escapes me, but I can promise you that it wasnt winning any awards from my palette.

It is ALWAYS crowded here and I'm quite interested in understanding why this is so. I can name at least 3 places in Little Italy that could place them underneath the map.

Don't let the fancy atmosphere and the endless salad and breadsticks fool you! lol

    Eh...

If you've never been to an Olive Garden, you're really not missing much. They offer super Americanized Italian food - pasta with lots of salty sauces and cheese - but sometimes, that's just what I crave. So I came here with a friend because I was craving spaghetti and meatballs. Of course I could make this at home, but currently I'm living out of a hotel (because of work) so unfortunately, I don't have a kitchen.

The meal was decent but the service was annoying and not good. The restaurant was a bit crowded so I could understand the staff being busy but though we were seated right near the bar, it took an unreasonable amount of time for our waters to be brought to our tables. Also, one of the waiters bringing dishes back and forth from the kitchen to the tables and back kept carrying his tray in a weird way so that it was constantly being held over my head and it made me really uncomfortable.

Anyway, gets the job done but nothing to write home about.

Don't be in a rush, it is crowded a lot, but even when the parking lot is empty and there are a ton of open tables, you will still wait 15 minutes.

Servers not managed well, more like a social club, a lot of standing around yet customers are still always in need.

Food is decent for a chain Italian place.

Okay. I don't want to come across as a know it all, but maybe I think I am. As the other reviews noted, this place is crowded; but so is a muddy watering hole in the Serengeti. Perhaps its location, perhaps its Friday night, can't be the global economic collapse for which we can all blame Obama, or Bush or whatever channel you happen to watch. The wait on this Friday night was announced at 35 minutes, was actually maybe 25 or so.

The food is decent. I find that like a lot of chain places there is a "factory" feel to the seasoning and the plating. Of course at the moderate price point that the entrees run you, its a case of getting what you pay for.

I think there is obviously better Italian food to be found, local places (Little Italy etc.), your own kitchen. However for a decent meal, fun people watching...let me digress here.

I couldn't help but notice that we Americans just generally don't have it together when it comes to going out in public (think people of Walmart email forwards). I'm not saying a casual dining restaurant waiting area should look like the Red Carpet at the Grammy's; but please at least try to look like you care.   Sweatpants are never right for public dining, no matter how "hot" you think you are.

We were in jeans ( that fit) and nice sweaters. I would have to say those that seemed to take the most of an attempt at coordinating something were the "Pant's on the Ground" crowd, complete with hats turned just so...and on the phone ( who are they always talking to anyway?)

Okay, detour over... the food is okay, the prices are okay, the wait is not too bad because entertainment is included. I would go again, not often, but its not a place I will necessarily avoid. If nothing else it allows me to eat all the iceberg lettuce smothered in vinegar rich Italian dressing that I can stomach.

I really like the Olive Garden.  It's perfect for a carbo-load night, complete with unlimited salad and breadsticks. It's a chain restaurant, and the food fits it just fine.  What I don't understand is no matter what time of day I go to this Olive Garden, there is ALWAYS a wait.
