For a large apartment complex, this place is not bad by any stretch.  When i got the place, everything was brand new inside and decently nice.  You are going to pay less here than some of the places with marble counters or stainless steel appliances, so it is a good deal.  The unit we were in was quiet for the most part and I never had any beef with my neighbors.  

However, there were several flaws.

1.  The gym was god awful.  I know it is free and a nice bonus, but come-on.  The machines were old and didnt work half the time, and the place was small and not-so-fresh.
2.  Parking was pretty bad, especially when you come home late at night.
3.  Guy who occasionally slept in dumpster scared the bejesus out of the GF once or twice.
4.  Laundry room was far far away, and oftentimes you would have those lazy people who keep their stuff in the drier FOREVER thus making all the driers full.
5.  Lastly, to be expected the old security deposit bend over.  Deposit was small (500) which was nice, however we only got 120 back and the place was pretty spotless.  I am planning on contesting it but it was such an expected thing from a large complex like OO so i wasnt blown away.

Overall, we did have a decent living experience, but i just prefer living in my own place (ie a cottage) so much more than a large scale complex.
