had a front and back t-shirt design that i needed printed on short notice. these guys not only got the order done, but the design was perfectly printed. still have the shirt a year later and the print still has not faded!
they had very friendly service, and do one t-shirt orders for $20. think its a husband and wife that run the business. it terms of customer service, they paid attention to my order request, and got the order done quick. would come there again for a print! -

I love walking down random streets, which is exactly how we stumbled upon this place. My bf and I were starting to head back home until I made a sharp left and he was forced to follow me down charming Church St. We spotted Old City T Shirts and wandered in filled with curiosity.
The owner was soooo nice and friendly, explaining the process to us and chatting a bit. I had wanted to give my niece a Philly-related something for awhile now and here was the perfect opportunity! She's going through a purple phase so I chose a deep purple shirt to have printed with a lavender LOVE logo. It took no time at all and looks perfect! And for only $5 this is one of the best cheap gifts I've gotten in my whole life! -

I'm wearing the $5 t-shirt I bought for the bf on my last Philly visit. When I lived in the city, I'd admire the brown "philadelphia" shirt on the door, noting that it wasn't very touristy or souvenir-looking. So when I made my usual stop by Old City Coffee for some beans to take back to Boston, I stopped in and made a purchase.
Just tell the man what you want, and he'll screen it for you right away. You're in and out in just a few minutes, and you've got a custom shirt in the colors you want for just $5. My bf guessed that I'd bought it at some boutique (can't recall the name) and was impressed that it was just a $5 shirt at a souvenir shop.
Highly recommended. -

A hidden gem in old city! It's on a small street off 3rd. just north of Market, so make sure you don't pass it up. I live in Philly now, but get a lot of out of town visitors and Old City T-Shirts is a great place to take them.
The price cannot be beat ($5 for each custom tee and no sales tax)! It's also really fun mixing and matching colors and designs, which they create in house. The owner was very friendly and patient as we decided on the perfect combinations, and like magic our tees were made in under a minute.
If you are looking for one of a kind souvenirs or just want to show off your Philly pride stop in and buy a tee (or two or three because it's so affordable!) -

After looking at overpriced t-shirts at the (insert any tourist place on Independence Mall here), I ran a search on google and this place turned up.
We walked down Church St. and found this place and its doors open and welcoming. The two proprietors were very friendly and gracious, explaining the process (covered by previous reviews here, I won't go into it). They were also pleasantly baffled that we found them through Yelp and not the traditional flyers/ads they've been putting out.
Anyway, we bought some great looking shirts and a few trinkets and went on our way. Sure beats the overpriced shirts on independence mall! I'll be sure to come back next time out-of-town visitors need some souvenirs. They also do custom work like pub-crawl shirts, so be sure to inquire. -

$5 make your t-shirt? Hell yes! Actually, it's $5 for any color short-sleeve t-shirt with any print displayed throughout the store. Long sleeve shirts are $10. All shirts are pre-shrunk 100% cotton and are ready to go be worn or washed. Located not far from Market Street, it is a cute store with old wood flooring and shirts galore! I think the concept is nifty and makes for nice souvenirs added with a personal touch.
I read about this place in one of the Philadephia magazines in my hotel room (yes, I'm tourist-y like that). I had a gift idea in mind and wanted to stop in to see the store. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by one of the owners who explained everything to me - how to choose this, color, etc. Jusband and wife owners were seriously the cutest people and very eager to help me with questions. They pretty much do anything, and all the samples give great ideas on how the shirts will look like. Once a shirt and pattern in chosen, he takes it and goes down in the basement. Voila! In less than 30 seconds, there is your shirt! I bought a couple shirts as gifts and of course one for me (duh). I was in the store awhile trying to figure out colors and what I wanted on each shirt.
In addition to shirts, they have baby onesies & bibs, flannel bottom pjs, medical scrubs, blankets, sweatshirts and hats. All other items are priced differently (at most $10) so be aware of that. Any other personal additions, like extra lettering is $1/letter. For large custom orders (sweet 16 parties/other celebrations...*cough cough* Yelp *cough cough*) - they can do that as well. I'm in town for a bit, and I think I just may come back for more.Listed in: My Philadelphia Favorites

Wow! My Family was in Philly for a three day trip to see the big bell, we walked around the old city for two days. We saw this T shirt shop, kind of hidden, and my wife says she has a coupon from the hotel for T shirts for 5 dollars each, I say well lets check it out.
We walk in and are met by Evan who explains the shop, and leaves us to let us browse the store, my wife and kids are like busy bees picking shirts and trinkets, My youngest son picks a colored T and I ask if it's the right size but we don't know for sure, out pops Evans wife a kind spirit with a gift of conversation. She and her husband help us decide on size then she chats with us for several minutes while he scurys down the basement stairs to print our shirts. We spent more time talking with them than it took to print four shirts. They seemed to want to know all about our vacation, where we were from, and everything else. It was like meeting some long lost relatives for the first time exciting! This couple helped make our last day in philly rememberable Thanx Guys! -

Awesome awesome place!!! As visitors, we spent over an hour (super long) in there trying to decide what kind of shirts we should make to take home to our families. Not only were the owners super friendly, patient and helpful, the shirts were also beyond affordable! $5/shirt & lots and lots of designs to choose from! This had to be the best store we shopped at during our entire trip! Highly recommended for visiting guests & for Philly natives too!
