Good pizza.  The servings are most generous and although the joint was busy, I was seated right away.  I ate the Chicago 7 pizza.  It was cooked just right and it passed my not so strict pizza requirement of "is there pizza sauce near the crust?"  Once I saw pizza sauce near the top of that thick chicago style pizza; the feed commenced....  The rest of my time at Old Chiagao Pasta and Pizza was spent eating way too much pizza, joining a beer drinking group (oh yes.... just ask your server), watching football, and having witty conversation with the cute waitress.

This is a good place to eat if you have time to kill.  All  deep dish pizzas takes some time to cook, so dont think for a second that this is an "in and out" pizza establishment, its not.

I would eat there again and so should you... its good pizza and the atmosphere is comparable to any sports bar / family pizza joint.

Decent spot, wings are good, and italian melt sandwich was on point

Had to wait awhile for drink and food service.

Stay away from there version of the french dip sandwich.

I'd have given this place 4 stars as the food was very good, however the service was very poor. Our server was nice enough but we were never checked on at all. Ordered a Personal pizza, spaghetti, steak salad and a calzone. All of it was very good, the wife and kids left full and satisfied. Again, if it wasn't for the poor service...

When the Avis guy told us that "19'th Ave is the place you'll want to go to grab some food", we were thinking of perhaps a choice between a dozen restaurants. This delusion was shattered once we arrived on the scene and realized that Old Chicago was the only venue open and willing to serve us a warm meal.

The booth style seating would have easily accommodated a family of corpulent hippos, and the "Meat Me" pizza was a precursor to the most glorious heart attack I'm now guaranteed to have. But that deep dish pie heavy on the cheese complemented the hot wings, as did the pitcher of beer and the NTN trivia game. The waitress was definitely a lively sort, but the speed with which the food appeared did leave a little to be desired. Price was right, parking was obvious (come on, it is in MT!) and they do take plastic as any good bar should.

No complaints. Perfect for Bozeman, I suppose, but works for out-of-towners fresh outta the airport and desirous of a bite to eat before the drive to Big Sky is made.

Good for driving through. Seemed much like a chain. Calzones were really good, large, but oozy, if that makes sense.

Jeff says, "The calzones were almost too good--they came out the way pizza hut pizzas always come out the same."

Salad was also good, no complaints. Pretty standard eating. And very large, so plenty of space.

If you want to get a lot of bang for  your buck, go here. Our calzones are always good; sandwiches are always; and the bar staff knows their stuff. So, don't be a snob and think any bartender at a chain doesn't know wine or beer.

Enjoy Old Chicago always, it is one place that you know the food is consistantly good. Sat in the bar, studying the extensive beer list and watching sports on the many televisions. The food is good and reliable. Old Chicago seems like a chain restaurant, but you can't go wrong. We had a party of five, each ordering something different, the fish and chips was very good, the burger's were equally as good, and the Italian Club was delicious. Bozeman offers many restaurants, but give Old Chicago a try, it really is a fun place to dine.

We went to this place after we gave MSU a thorough shellacking (btw, does your basketball stadium double as a rodeo, I mean, there were more flies and dirt inside than there was outside). Pretty tasty  food considering it was situated in the middle of nowhere Montana.
Decent food, spacious seating, and able service (though we were the only people in the place), gives this place a decent score.

Tonight, I stopped in this restaurant, as I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn just across from it.  This was my third time at this restaurant. I always found the service mediocre, and their food is just passable. Today, I had the antipasto based on its description. What was delivered to my table was anything but an antipasto. Having grown up near Providence, RI and the Italian Federal Hill area, I know excellent Italian food. Old Chicago is nothing more than a Sports bar that serves food only a resemblance of what Italian really is.  The waitress was about as friendly as a doorknob. I saw her three times--1. to take the order; 2. to bring the salad, 3. at the time of bringing the bill. I ordered a pizza too, but someone else delivered it. Bozeman has to have better Italian than this!
