I have used Joe now for 2+ years. After a horrible and expensive experience with the Geek Squad, I was fortunate to find him.
Recently my computer was attacked by a malicious virus. Joe came out that night, picked up the computer and had it in tip top shape by the next day.
Couldn't really ask for anything more. In addition,. he guarantees his work for a year!

My computer was giving me some headaches - running slow, problems downloading vital software updates, unexplained glitches, etc. After trying everything I knew, I called Ocean Computers. Joe had my computer reformatted and reloaded with all of my important files in just a matter of hours. He suggested an upgrade to Windows 7 and I'm glad he did, my computer is now using it's full potential without the higher cost of an upgrade. I was amazed at the difference.
