Wow what a disappointment!
The wife and I happened to stop at this particular store once before actually we even bought a couple of corals. This time when we stopped by the place was falling apart. The tanks were in disarray and filthy, there were at least two floaters in the tank and one of the tank had been unlit so long the carpet coral was dying and two clams in the tank were bleaching. When I asked about why the tank wasn't lit the emplyoee explained that they had just done a water change. Equipment is low end with a couple of snazzy looking custom skimmers, but the store is just a mess.
Even if this place were local there's no chance I'd actually buy anything from here unless they get their act together.Listed in: Check out the LFS

The store was dingy and the tanks are far from clean. My bf and i say so many sick fish it's ridiculous. We also saw a few dead fish that need to be remove.
The whole tank of Neon Tetras was infected with Ich!
I went in to this store looking for two things... (1) to see if they carry cardinals tetra and (2) to find an unique Betta fish. I was lucky to find an orange crown tailed one and he was lucky too... I rescued him from starvation and dirty water. They didn't have any cardinals but we asked if they will be getting some anytime soon... The guy(which i'm sure is the owner) asked us how many we want... We said 6-8... he then responded to us... "Only 6? if we order we got to order them by the thousands!"
BS! We left the store and went somewhere else where they were willing to order some sell us 6 cardinals!
I will not be going back ever! -

I received a tip from a fellow saltwater reef tank hobbyist and was recommended to check out OC Aquatics. Service was friendly and helpful, and they had a killer selection of various rare coral frags, some of which I hadn't seen the likes of in any other shop. Pricing was a little steep, but I guess for these rarities it should be. I'll have to save my duckets for a while before going on a spree in here.

This is definitely not my favorite fish store in the area. Their tanks don't look very well taken care of and the owners are a little shady (I'll spare the details of a few experiences I had, but they are definitely a little shady). Evidently they have some really rare coral in their back tank but I don't spend that kind of money on my aquarium so that doesn't really interest me. I probably won't be spending a lot of time here unless I'm desparate. Did I mention the owners are shady? :)
