WHEN the company was being run by the owners Osman and Ronni, it was a thing of beauty! Fast, efficient,and professional. HOWEVER now that they are not here it is being run into the ground. They are not on time, they have not paid attention to my requests, and in the past 2 months the cleaning has not been up to my specifications. And it always used to be. When I called to complain, the manager said, "well you are welcome to find another company". WHAT? Are they so busy that they can afford to give up a regular client??? I may just look elsewhere.
