We went on a Thursday night. Upon entering, the staff makes you sign a waiver. Next you choose your package of play. The cost for 500 pellets for $36, 1000 for $49, equipment included (paintball gun and holster w/ 2 empty canisters). We opted for the $36 package, which was more than sufficient. They also sold an Empire brand scrimmage jersey for $40 (it looked so cool a la RollerBall I had to get an all black one), large pizza pie for $15. (tax is included in everything, credit cards ok). The pizza was actually very decent, but you should order 45min in advance of when you expect to eat. We were then given a lecture on rules of conduct. You are told by staff that they are not responsible for lost pellets. Also to have your safeties on (gun, sleeve barrel) on at all times unless you are told otherwise.
Field time goes by how long you take for each round of play. If you are fewer than 8 people you may have to share the field with walk-ons. The most I have seen play on their biggest field was 6 vs 6. The other field was in repair that day. We waited about 30-45min between play time and played about 2-3 games each time we were called. We managed to beat some pro teams surprisingly. Albeit the fact that you can only hide behind inflatable plastic here, it's still fun. Allegedly their slowest days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I will definitely be back!

Had ALOT of fun here. Staff is courteous and friendly and make you feel comfortable. Just about every player I played with was cool and understood the rules. They were kids and women playing too and I thought that was cool. Not too hard to get to. Right off the queensborough 7 train stop. FYI wear crappy clothes, get the chest protector and you don't need gloves or the neck protector. The bottom of your mask pretty much protects your neck and 500 paintballs is more than enough. Oh and don't wear heavy clothing as you will sweat alot.
My only gripe is I wish they had more of a playing ground.
After being spoiled with outdoor fields, playing paintball indoors just isn't quite the same.
The only other indoor place I've played at was back in my home town and it was set up to simulate a city environment with indoor forts and 2 level scaffolding, abandoned cars and oil drums all in a dark setting.
This place isn't like that, it's an arena style indoor paintball venue. Which means you just have big inflatable obstacles to provide cover. It's super brightly lit and you can almost always see down the field to the opponents. This means there's less sneaking around and basically who ever shoots the fastest/most bullets will probably win.
It's still a lot of fun, just a different kind of fun.
We had a little mix up with our reservation and some people dropped out leaving us with only 7 people. So our first game was with another group of strangers. The annoying thing with this is that you don't know who you're playing with and in this case a group of teenage kids who's vocabulary only consists of "owned!" Not to mention they weren't following rules and got us kicked off the field.
Luckily the manager here was super nice and still let us play the remainder of our games on the field by ourselves.
Rates aren't too bad for giving you all the supplies you need to have fun. I'd highly recommend coming here with a large enough group to get the field to yourself though.

For trigger happy people (w/ no cars) that like the taste of mineral oil
For $39, you get admission, 500 bullets, and hours of trigger happy insanity. Just make sure you have at least 8 ppl in your group so that you can have the field to yourself. It just ain't 1/2 as fun if you don't know who you're shooting at (or who the heck is shooting at you).

I have to say that I don't like indoor paintball because it takes away the thrill of the hunt. With that said, the experience here was still great! The packages are more than fair, and you are allowed to bring your own marker - but you do need to use nitro they provide and white paint balls - but the nitro is free and you get 2000 balls for 20 bucks and you can play for three hours, which is not bad since the games go by pretty quick. This is not something that I will be doing as a past time, but I do recommend that people try this place out, wont hurt that much...
