This is a wonderful meal delivery service! I lost so much weight using it, and felt healthier than I have in years. According to the press, this is what Charlize Theron used to lose weight after Monster, and what Uma Thurman used to get in shape for Kill Bill. The food is really good and healthy - a lot of items like fruit pancakes, edamame, fish with rice, and other healthy, high protein meals with lots of fruit and veggies on the side. You will look and feel great if you go on this program for a few months.
I can't stay on it for longer than a few months though, because I get bored of having my meals planned by someone else, and it is expensive. But the Nutrifit team will help you with that too. They have maintenance programs that involve eating some of their meals, but mixing in some of your own. And they also have nutritional counseling, recipe books, etc., to help you transition to your own healthier lifestyle. Overall, a great program! And I never feel hungry on it!
OMG looooove this program!!!! it's so nice not having to worry about planning your meals yourself, so much easier to actually use a few pounds and eat healthy when you have someone doing all the cooking for you. like your own personal chef!!!!! i also love how much food you get to eat at every meal...but it's all clean eats so you feel good about it.
I never thought I would try a meal delivery service -- but here I am! Having struggled with an extra 20 pounds ever since college and having tried everything from Weight Watchers to SlimFast, I decided to give NutriFit a try after reading about it in a celeb weekly. Since then, I have lost 25 pounds and counting! Love the variety of meals and all of the different flavors. Plus, since they arrive at my door step, there's no room for excuses! I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone who's looking to lose weight or just start eating healthier!
