I've been here to see Jenna Garey who is an amazing hairstylist. If you are a looking for a change or it's just been too long since your last cut, definitely go here. It is really pricey for a haircut but you will love your cut.

Renata at Novo Salon is wonderful. She has a really good eye for what looks best on people and gives a great chic cut everytime I go in, even when I'm not exactly sure what I want.
She is really into her art and doesn't bug you by talking all the time. You can actually relax and enjoy being at the salon. She's also not a product pusher and believes that her cut should stand on its own without tons of stuff in your hair, which I find refreshing. The one product that she did use on my hair was new to me and the best stuff I've used so far (Moroccan Oil cream).
This is an unpretentious place where everyone on staff is very nice and accommodating. VERY much worth your time and money! -

I went with my friend to Novo for a mani/pedi and was shocked that they charge $65. It was nothiing special at all. Actually aside from a great tool/buffer for the feet it was actually less than special. My chair was a barber shop chair for my pedi. It was pretty uncomfortable...my friends was a bit more comfy but she said it was nothng great either. They dont even massage the whole leg or use the salt scrub on the legs. It was barely used for the feet. My friend didnt get it at all. No dryers for hands or feet either...they just air dried. It was done in a rinky dink basement and kind of dark .Most of the salons I regularly go to are between $30 and $40 for a mani and pedi and so much better. My suggestion is dont waste your money or time at this place for a mani/pedi. I have never tried getting my hair done here and doubt I will bother.
