Not the best.  I was excited to see Thai in the neighborhood, but the fare is a little bland.

However, if you're in the neighborhood, I'd recommend Lily Thai, it's kind of a long walk, but they do delivery!

Ordered delivery from here the other night and had a really unpleasant experience. The food came really fast, which was good. My doorbell was out of commission at the time, so the delivery guy called when he was outside. I had gone to the bathroom to expel some urine, and left my phone in the living room. I return, and find that in a span of 2 minutes, i have received a total of 5 calls and 2 voicemails, 4 from the delivery guy and 1 from the restaurant itself.

In and of itself, this is fine. It's the only way they can contact me, so I give them full right to barrage my phone. I go downstairs right away, and proceed to get a lecture from the delivery guy:

Guy: So, you don't have a doorbell or buzzer?
Me: (gesturing to doorbell skeleton) Yeah, it was right there, someone ripped it out a couple days ago. Sorry about that.
Guy: It's just that it's really important that if you don't have a doorbell that you keep your phone with you so we can get in touch when we're downstairs with your food. It's the only way for us to contact you, and I've been out here for like 10 minutes (completely false claim)
Me: Yeah man, i get that, I was just in the bathroom, but now I'm here, so don't worry about it.

The kicker was that after showing up so quickly with the food and giving me all this guff about taking two minutes to come downstairs, they screwed up my order. I thought about calling back and saying "It's just that it's really important that  when a customer tells you what they want to order, that you put all those things together in a bag and bring them to the customer, because it's the only way they can get what they order."

But i decided that instead I'll save them the huge hassle of delivering to me anymore, and just not order their crap mediocre overpriced thai food anymore. it's win win.

We've been flirting for a while--- Brooklyn's been at some parties I go to. Its got cool friends, we get along really well.  I think Brooklyn is gorgeous...

But I've always been living with Manhattan so I kept my lady junk in check.

Now though, my relationship with Manhattan has dissolved--- I'm ready to take the leap with Brooklyn.

Sure, its Thai food is not as tasty as my old Mott St. neighborhood but it still strives for authenticity--- Note is one of those such places.

Note is the name of the guy that owns this place, the other day the local I was with asked where Note was and the employee said, "he is still sleeping." It was about 2pm... Note is a baller.

I got the pumpkin cashew stir fry--- it was okay. All the vegetables were fresh which was a relief, no frozen shiznit here. Tangy and flavorful. The pumpkin was a little mealy but sweet.

The only dish to get here is Pad Thai, it's the best thing they make. In fact, they know it's their star dish so they have a 5 dollar happy hour special for it--- it comes with a spring roll.

A total hole in the wall reaching for the stars, friendly service.

Autumn: this should be called NO Thai. I ordered the vegetarian green curry, which was supposed to include fresh basil. The color looked suspiciously pale for a green curry, and upon the first taste it seemed like dish would be okay. But then, after bites 3 and 4, I realized I was only eating a soupy, sugary, coconut milk disaster. Most of the vegetables were onions or some shreds of unidentifiable cabbage type plant, and there was no precious sliver of basil to be found. Although the dish was pleasantly spicy, the lack of green curry flavor just made me feel like I was slurping bites of a poor excuse for a spicy slop.

Ari: peanut curry. Sounds simple. You take the best of 2 worlds and put them together. Note Thai fucked that up more than you can imagine. We were famished and ordered this delivered, and after a 45 minute wait our hunger was pretty unbearable. I wolfed down my dish and then realized it had tasted like... nothing. Not to mention, the papaya salad was soggy and could've been from 2 days prior. No zest or really any flavor to speak of there either. Save your money.

The first time I tried this place, the food was great. Every subsequent time, I've been less than impressed. I think Note Thai suffers from the ego of not having a Thai place that close to it, so they apparently don't feel the need to compete to cook tasty food. Sure the environment is cute, colorful and inviting, but the product lacks.

Aside from that first glorious time, the noodle dishes have lacked flavor, the chicken's been a bit gamey-tasting. I ordered Thai fried rice the other day, the rice was completely dry and hard - the dish on the whole lacking any flavor.

I'd say hit up this place if you're really in the mood for some Thai, but don't expect anything spectacular.

This is not comparable to Spice or those famous Thai restaurants in Queens, but for the slim pickings for Bushwick DELIVERY, this place wins big time. (Pssst...it's better than Cheers.)

My boyfriend and I order delivery from here all the time, and the food always hits the spot.  Food ALWAYS delivers in under 20 minutes, as in freakishly lightning fast delivery, to the point we've said to each other, "Are they waiting outside our door?!"  The people behind the counter are really really nice.  There are about 50+ items on the menu.  And for you vegetarians, the veggie duck is awesome.

We've been ordering here on a weekly basis since they first opened so I can say our experience has been consistently good.  Maybe the other reviewers had an unfortunate run-in, but my boyfriend and I always win big time with this place.  I've been rotating around different items off the menu and I can say the Drunken Noodles are great (but for whatever reason there may be an off day and the noodles will be blander than usual), and the Tom Yum Noodle Soup *hits the spot* each time.  Tonight I'm trying the Curry Noodle Soup.

Of course if I find a random foreign object in my food then I'll change my review, but I've ordered from here about 15++ times (literally) and had an A+ experience 9/10 times (the other times being a B+ experience).

Their Pad Thai isn't the best I've had--**I just wish their Pad Thai was more flavorful and moist, like how Spice does it.**

Noticed a new Thai place in my hood.

Cool, lets try it.

Reviews are crappy, but, meh, why not give it a shot?

No phone number on their yelp page, no biggie, I'll google it.

Heck yeah, I'm feelin' lucky today.

Happens to be the health inspection website.

12 health violations...mmhhmm...

Not in such a hurry to try it now.

Ordered the take out by phone. Came like almost an hour later. Delivered by a guy with a bicycle. It was a little bit far from our work place, but the food arrived warm.
My coworker ordered Mango Fried Rice, Chicken Satay & Thai Iced Tea.
I ordered Thai Fried Rice & Thai Iced Tea.
Total order came up to be under 30 bucks included tax & tips.
Food was a bit oily, but portion was big.
I usually love Thai Iced Tea, but their tea was a bit too sweet for my taste.

A Thai restaurant in my nabe? I want to believe ...

... but ...

The food and the menu are uncannily the same as Long Do on Knickerbocker. Which is to say it's pretty bad even by NYC Thai standards.

For example, they use stick noodles instead of fresh noodles even when the dish would normally call for fresh noodles. And plain white rice instead of jasmine.

However, since they have a monopoly (or duopoly) on Thai delivery around here, they will occasionally be getting late-night calls from me when I am delirious, lazy, and craving something that bears a passing resemblance to Thai.

It's also BYOB if you choose to sit in the minuscule "dining area".

Saw a new Thai takeout place in my neighborhood so I decided to check it out. They were extra nice on the phone and and my food was here in no more than 15mins by a super friendly kid on a bike.  Their Mock Duck was pretty damn good.  I totally suggest trying for take out.

I ordered out from here a few days ago... me and a couple of friends. I already assumed it was going to be a bland somewhat greasy slop-ish type delivery... and it was.
I ordered drunken noodles... which from my experience with thai food is a good bet... drunken noodles it seems gets its name from the noodles being 'drunk' in the sauce... every place can do their dishes their own way... but anyways it didnt have any sauce in it at all.... no biggie, just was expecting some sauce. I ordered it with mock duck.. which was ok. I'm sure the mock duck was from a can or whatever, but it was fine... everyone that ordered sort of felt the same way... 'food'... nothing more nothing less.  not planning on eating there again.
"edit"
I have actually order from here a few times now (I live in bushwich.. there are almost no other options for delivery).
the delivery part is pretty good. The delivery very quickly...
but I took another start away because...
no online menu, and the food really does suck... and when trying to order when the thai guy is on the phone is a nightmare. Complete idiot and can hardly speak english... "why are you trying to take my order if you dont speak english????"

This place popped up maybe a month ago.  I finally went in today and ordered a massman chicken curry lunch special (with salad and rice for about 7 bucks).  The food was pretty mediocre.  The price was right, but the taste just wasn't there.  It definitely is blah chinese take-out food quality.  oh well!

I feel it is my duty to redeem this restaurant from the reputation of mediocrity it is quickly acquiring. I'll concede, the drunken noodles are not to be ordered, but their Pad Thai is actually very tasty. And, their coconut curry sauce is both very nicely pulled off and ample enough to assist in enriching other foods including spinach and lentils later on. Delivery has always been quick and the man on the phone, though brusque, is to the point and efficient.

I give them one star, but I have never tasted their food. Because despite the fact that I like 2 blocks away, they got lost and never came. I don't know if I ever will order again, since there is that other new place, Long Do, that has an identical menu. There was something pumpkin on the menu here that I wanted to try though.
