I have been getting massages here and have been nothing by pleased by the entire experience. So far I have had Danielle and Rachelle as massage therapists and both have been knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and helpful. Everything you could ask for in a massage therapist.
The inside of the clinic is welcoming and calm-inducing. I love the holistic approach the business takes towards health and healing. I look forward to trying their chiropractic side eventually. I would highly recommend NW Family to anyone looking for a massage therapist.
They are open til 6pm which is convenient if you want to rush over after work to get an appointment in.Listed in: North End Joints, Services

I am the type of person who didn't really believe in chiropractic assistance. I had a few not so favorable visits in my past which made me question the profession. On the other hand I was desperate, in pain, and didn't want to end up with back pain, like my dad, for the rest of my life. I picked this location because it was the closest place to work. (Yes, I should have checked out YELP!) Looking back, I feel that I got very lucky.
At first, I was in more pain and I was shocked when the doctor said, "Yes! That means we are getting somewhere." I kept with it and believed in seeing it through. I am standing tall today to say, "This is a great please to find the right path." Each person is there for different reasons and they really work with your own situation and come up with a plan to get your nervous system back on track and give you your life back. I feel very strongly in the great work that is going on with both doctors working here and recommend Northwest Family Chiropractic to anyone looking for a wonderful, life changing improvement. -

Dr. DeLisle is magic. Her office is healing in so many ways...from the knowledgable, welcoming staff to the various modalities she offers to help you on your journey toward wellness.
I have been visiting the office for chiropractic care and massage for the last 4 years, after living for many years in chronic, daily pain. I have not only been offered symptoms relief by doctor DeLisle and her staff, but also tons of support in creating the kind of life I never thought was possible with my kind of chronic pain.
Dr. DeLisle encourages a holistic approach to living and has championed my choices in terms of healthy eating, thinking and physical activity as part of my learning to care for and love the body I have, despite my past injuries. She is patient, understanding, non-judgmental. and always present for her patients...meeting them wherever they are on their healing path.
Oh, and she does it all with a great big smile :). -

My insurance covered massages so I went to this place. Even though its in an odd shopping center, I think this place is amazing. The clinic looks really nice inside. The receptionist are so nice. Every time I went to my appointment they were always on time and very respectful of privacy.
I tried to make an appointment at Dream clinic massage and felt that it was impossible to get an appointment there. This place isn't too far up north and AMPLE parking. You don't even need to worry about leaving the house early and driving in search of parking. -

Over the past year, I have gotten to know Dr. Jason Penaluna very well. He is a Chiropractor that cares about his patients and their future well being. Dr. Penaluna, takes the time to listen to his patients and works with them to find REAL solutions instead of quick temporary fixes. He and the rest of his staff at Northwest Family Chiropractic are great and I recommend them without any reservations.

Northwest Family Chiropractic is great. My wife and I have been going here since mid 2006 and we have nothing but good things to say. I used to drive a lot farther up north to find a Chiropractor that did the type of work that Dr. Coogan performs (CBP - Clinical Biomechanics of Posture)
I highly recommend this chiropractor to anyone interested, his specialization is hard to find and it is well worth the investment for your long term health!

Dr Jason Penaluna is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He communicates everything that he does and answered all of my questions. And the massage therapist, Rachealle, is so awesome! They have all of their bases covered here; great chiropractors, massage, and a beautiful office on top of it all!

Dr. DeLisle is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful ability to connect with her patients each and every visit. The type of chiropractic that she offers is very straight forward and effective. I have seen my posture change while under the care of Dr. DeLisle and I no longer have dull headaches. Also, the staff at NW Family Chiropractic is always pleasant and prepared for me when I walk in the door.
