Not the friendliest guy, but he did a SUPER job fixing my heels and re-stretching torn leather on the back of my pumps. A little more expensive that I expected: $39 to replace 2 pr. heels, glue one sole back on, and leather repair.
Ive had great service here and the work is great, too. I have a favorite pair of frye boots that theyve resoled for me twice over the years. The prices are very reasonable, too. I drive across town to bring my shoes here!
RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I don't even know how the shoe repair quality is because I didn't get that far. The guy spun around in disgust at my presense. I politely said "can my shoe be fixed"? I showed him the holes in the bottom. Not a word from him while he looked at it and handed it back to me and said $24.95. Nothing else, just $24.95. I said "what would you be doing for $24.95?" and he just pointed to the heel and grunted. Well, I took my shoes and walked out. I don't think he wanted my business. I'm looking somewhere else now.
there are 2 men who work in this store and the younger one, whom i believe is in his late 50's, has been rude and unhelpful. in addition to a poor sense of customer service, they charge twice as much as other shoe repair stores a few blocks away. i wouldn't go back.
Closed on Sundays and unlike what I was told earlier... they DO have shoe shine service. Follow up reviews to come.
