I love this bank.

People are ridiculously friendly and the customer service is spot on. I have never received a mysterious charge or fee and I don't get that sinking feeling that I am being taken advantage of for being a naive college student (unlike somewhere else, whose initials start with B of A).

I even started a funds account here and they gave me an impressive interest rate (I was a finance major, no big deal).

They don't charge any additional fees for withdrawals from outside ATM's and are quick to get you on the phone with a human being when you lose a card or have a problem.
