This place is not a market per se. It hosts hawkers of fried chicken, asian food, seafood bar, delis and bakeries. It is usually not crowded. Due to the proximity to th JHMI, a lot of hospital people come here to get cheaper grub. The food here is average at best. The best deals perhaps are the asian platter/lunch boxes -generic and adequate, but at least not too offensive. I would also just be mindful of your belongings when you're in this market.
