Beaver Electric

So this is another piece in the epic saga to get a hot tub installed in our yard.
PROS: They got the job done. They finished digging the ditch for conduit since we are both 50yrs old and arthritic. Work passed inspection. Tarps were put down to protect rugs when they were in and out.
CONS: First was communication. I was told after we agreed to the work we needed to dig the conduit trench. Umm ok up until tree roots and not getting answers about 90 degree turns. Also did not appreciate the comment 'well most people get their landscaper to dig'. I am the landscaper. Yes we have purchased a hot tub but the took saving not a whim purchase. After running into tree roots and such I asked that they finish the ditch I had to dig. I figured they had a ditch witch or such to knock it out but nope, just two guys with shovels. Ok. One of the guys digging cursed a blue streak while working. The language not really the deal. It's the 'bitching' the whole time about a job they were hired to do. Not very professional. It was also not professional to partially block a shared driveway. Luckily it was not an issue for us or our neighbor. The work got done and the trench filled in and they only had to come back once to connect a ground. The carpets were protected but path through the garage was a mess. Not a huge deal just more work in the spring.
Overall I think it was expensive. Some was knocked off because of the digging we did but it was still a lot!
Overall it was a mixed bag. Older gentleman who did the initial walk was a bit dismissive and did not say anything about us digging. The first tech who was out digging in the rain was nice, the tech who joined him the second day was not so much. Not sure if he was cursing about the job, or what and his truck was partially blocking the driveway. When they came back to attach a ground the missed they did not even knock and say they did it. Which caused me to call and say 'hey are they coming back or what?' To which I was told the tech came, fixed, took pics and inspector approved the work. Communication lacks but work is done.

I was in Medford, but my tenants said they did a great job. the extra mile! I will always use Beaver Electric!

I can't speak to their services because I never got a call back.
I had an electrical emergency, called the number they list on their website for emergencies. It went to voicemail twice and nobody called back after I left a message. Beaver Electric, you might want to update your website to remove the part about you being dedicated to helping people when there's an emergency:

"If you are ever faced with an unexpected electrical emergency, we are here to respond to the call. No one ever plans for an electrical emergency to occur, and oftentimes the problem cannot wait until the next day to be resolved. That's why Beaver Electric offers emergency electrician services for residential clients. We are dedicated to providing emergency service..."

Excellent service from Kory with Beaver Electric! He was super friendly and helpful, checked out multiple potential issues, and even took care of things that a previous electrician (from a different company) overlooked! We will definitely contact them again if we need assistance!

These guys are my hero's. I've never had a need for an electrician before and of course as I'm selling my home the dryer just stopped working. Come to find out it was an electrical issue. The dispatcher was probably the sweetest/nicest customer service person I have ever interacted with. They were able to send John out the same day and he was like a hero with a cape on. He was able to come in and fix the issue with no problem. Was kind enough to dumb down the issue so that I understood what happened. The price was absolutely acceptable and I just can't say enough positive things about this company! Sad I found a great electrician but moving out of their service area! Thanks you guys!

For someone who doesn't have the time to shop around or supervise during the installation process, Beaver Electric is definitely a great option. The whole process was so much easier than my other experiences with installation and repair work, so I'm extremely happy!

Ronald came out within the week of calling to come in and quote my electrical needs for my warehouse. He handled everything after I gave him the go ahead and ordered the scissor lift and materials needed for the job. Kelly and Matt came out, were really professional and took care of everything in the amount of time Ronald initially estimated. We offered to move the inventory out of the way but they went ahead and worked around everything instead.

Absolutly hands down best electricians I have ever worked with. They were honest and affordable. I needed some pretty tough work done and they came through for me! Would definitely recommend. Thanks beaver electric!

These guys are awesome. They have great pricing and work fast! I just bought my first home so have been overly picky (to picky) and their team made it all super easy. I am building a restroom and the wire work they did is beautiful and ran clean. I can't think of a single negative. I will be calling them again for all the other stuff I need to have done.

These guys did electrical at my new home (sticker in breaker box). Multiple breakers labeled wrong or incomplete. But like always, never replace anything involving electrical without verifying that electricity is cutoff. Middle fingers up
