This is the most crooked pawn shop i've ever been to. I'm a business owner who needed a little bit of help from this time of year in broaden $2000 worth of Milwaukee tools. Almost brand new and they said they would give me $65 for them all. And that's not it? That's not even the worst part but ran out of room

I was referred to North Phoenix Pawn by another pawn shop which didn't carry guns. NP Pawn had an excellent selection of pistols, rifles, and shotguns, including the pistol I was looking for, which I snapped up. The price was low, and my salesman, Troy, was friendly and helpful. I heard the staff assisting people with pawn transactions, and they treated them respectfully. The shop is also in a convenient location close to I-17.

Natalie was able to get me in the last 10 minutes and provide great and fast service :)! Was super nice and polite

I'm hoping the Management of North Phoenix Pawn sees this . I am a recent customer, and I wanted to commend an employee of yours. His name is "Robert" & he works online sales. I inquired about a paticular item of yours for sale on Gunbroker, and he did a great job of helping me.

To my fault, I ask too many questions. My wife says so, my Mom says so. Hey, shoot me! Anyway, "Robert" was patient and made me feel I was the most important person he had to deal with that day.

I asked for spec's and details, and he provided them promptly via email. I asked for additional photos, and Wham-0!, they appeared on my email. I called too, to bother him w/more questions and he was very accomodating. AS a result of all this, Well I'm now the highest bidder on a gun of yours!!! Very impressed with this employee and your outft in general!

Customer Service Representative, Troy, made a great impact on my wife and myself a couple of months ago when browsing the merchandise in the Establishment. No high pressure, extremely knowledgeable and a people person, not a salesmen. Troy made us feel welcomed and was truly engaging, so much so, that his outstanding customer service skills were remembered and brought me back to layaway the item of interest from time paused and past. It was refreshing that he remembered my wife. Thanks again for your level of customer service that seems to be rare in this day and age. GIVE THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE 'GOD' a raise, gold crown or extreme bonus. Good job NPP for having Troy in your corner. A great experience should always be recognized.

One of best pawn shops to go to in phoenix. I was extremely happy about the customer service I received from Troy and i ended making a gun purchase because of how great and knowledgeable he was.

My wife lost her wedding band, and we stopped in to buy a replacement. The staff was nice and was willing to make a deal so she could get the one she wanted. The ring she ended up with is beautiful, and the price we paid was extremely reasonable.

While their jewelry selection is not huge, what they do have is extremely nice. I would definitely go back for my future pawn shop needs.

I drove over there yesterday (Weds 07/17/19) for the first time. What a Neat Store! I had a box full of stuff I wanted to sell, rather than pawn. It worked out great for me. Stacy was really cool, and helpful. As it turned out, I went home with 60% of it. But I sold enough stuff to feed myself
and my Kitty's for Wednesday, and today as well. And the stuff she didn't really need? Stacy was way cool about it. it's either their cup of tea or it's not. While there, after I off loaded some stuff, I wandered about a bit and got a much better idea what they DO want, and what they sell etc...

Also, I immediately thought how much fun it would be to come back WITH money and just browse for days :)
