Review from Tracy S.
My favorite beach of all the coastal beaches in New Hampshire. That's not saying much because the Atlantic coast of NH is so small that this is number one out of maybe three beaches. Even still, it is beautiful!
It's a long sandy beach with views of Little Boars Head and the Isles of Shoals.
Bathrooms, lifeguards, Beach Plum Ice Cream across the street. Nice! If only there was more parking. Bring your quarters because it's $.25 for 10 minutes.
Perhaps I should clarify that this is not Hampton Beach, home of fried dough, the Casino on the strip, and STDs. No, this the somewhat classier beach, for somewhat classier people...although I can't guarantee that. For the truly classy, you will need to drive further north to Rye.Listed in: Happy Hampton

Review from Scarlet H.
Amherst, NH
Amazing. The water is clear, but bottom is soft. Went on a Wednesday, and while Hampton beach was crowded, North Hampton wasn't. Only thing is that when the tide comes in, there is very little room for everyone's belongings, but if it isn't crowded, it shouldn't be a problem. It seemed like if you're young and single, you want to go to Hampton. That's where the boardwalk and the young people are. North Hampton seems to be an older, mellower crowd and families, which I liked. It was quiet and roomy and my friend and I had a truly delightful time there. But be warned, bathrooms are few and far between.
