I really LOVE the products at North Country Smoke House.
Some of the items I tend to favor are:
Smoked Cheddar Cheese
Smoked Breast of duck or confit
Cob Smoked or Applewood smoked bacon
There smokehouse is located accross from the airport in Claremont. Do not be concerned if you are up there and you say to yourself, "this is a where house area, there is no stores here" You are correct! The smokehouse IS a where house where they actually do SMOKE the meat and cheese!!
Here you can get the items at the best cost, as if you order it online the prices go up tremendously. Also you can get limited items such as the bacon the the Hannaford's in Claremont. I have also asked the Meathouse Butcher to get items from the smokehouse and he can special order it, but again it costs more. -

This is some of the best bacon I've ever tasted. Anybody who mentions so much as a passing interest in good bacon gets an earful from me about NCS. I've tried many many great North American brands, and this one is in the top 5 and my personal favorite.
