I've been to several concerts by the symphony, and I've never been disappointed.

The musicians they gather really are a top notch group and if you're a fan of classical music, you'll often find famous guest musicians and conductors playing with the symphony.

If you have a choice between seeing them at Koka Booth or seeing them at Meymandi, I would definitely recommend Meymandi. The acoustics are much better, and Koka Booth has weird poles in the middle of the lawn that can block your view if you get an unlucky seat.

We went to a couple of the NC Symphony's pop concerts this summer. We enjoyed the programs immensely. The selection of pieces played was great for summer concerts, and the quality of the performance was really good (though it's a bit hard to tell from outdoor performances). We are definitely looking forward to hearing them again!
