You have never met a more honest man than owner Joe Emmanuele. (There are several Joe's on premises--all are great). My family has been brining every large and small car problem to them for years. They will tell you when work is not worth doing, will give you an honest assessment on the price of a job and never go over. Go to them often and they might even check things out and run diagnostics without charging. Joe and his team are all about relationships for the long term and boy do they earn that trust!

After I moved to Houston, TX from NY, Joe once spent 25 minutes on the phone with me helping me assess and fix a car problem I had when I was stranded in traffic in mid-Texas during the hurricane Rita evacuation in 2005.

I don't know what I am going to do about finding a comparable mechanic elsewhere when I move!
