We used Nightstar Limousine service to get us to and from the Allstate Arena from the north side. The pickup driver was early, which turned out to be great, as the traffic was pretty heavy in Rosemont. While he couldn't give us any information on how we were supposed to find the driver after the show, he was friendly enough...minded his own business, actually. I prefer it that way.
After the show, we were pretty concerned about how we would find our car in the seas of limos, town cars, cabs, personal vehicles, and drunk people. Within five minutes of walking out the door of the arena, my cell phone rang and the driver directed us to him. He got us out of there in no time!
The only concern I had is when our return driver nearly rear-ended the car in front of us while he was texting. He stopped texting right after that and behaved himself the rest of the drive.

We used Nightstar for a one-way trip from the Northside to an O'Hare area hotel (we were going to a holiday party).
The limo was scheduled to be there at 8 - my phone rang at 7:54 (early, usually, is nice!) and I told the driver we would be down in 10 minutes. (It was a group of 10 people.) He snipped at me, saying my pickup was scheduled at 8 and his watch says 7:57. So, I said we would be down in 5 minutes.
After that, it was downhill. He told us he would have to charge us a waiting fee ($20 for 15 minutes - we are working professionals, not that big of a deal) - we said "fine" and he responded that it wasn't fine because he had another group to pick up after us.
We also were not allowed to use any glassware (and he yelled at us when someone who did not hear this directive used a glass) because he had nowhere to wash the glasses out.
So, in a nutshell, the driver was awful but on the plus side, the rates were very good ($110 for an SUV Stretch, no tax if you pay cash).
