I used Niche Realty to buy my house. The agent was totally hands on and showed me dozens of houses. She came with me to the inspection and the closing. She was totally invested in making sure my new home worked out. That kind of personal attention from a real estate agent is not so common.
Melissa at Niche Realty helped me through buying my first condo, then a few years later selling that condo and buying a house. She was always available for any questions, concerns or problems I had and bent over backwards to get me a good deal as a buyer and as a seller. She is so knowledgeable about real estate that I always felt I was in good hands with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in Chicago.
I've bought two properties with Niche Realty, a condo and later a 2 flat. The agent was very available for questions, practically around the clock and had great strategies as to how to get the best deal. She is a landlord herself so she really knows the ins and outs of property ownership in Chicago.
