I've been going to Dr. Lydie Coleman since she worked at their Brookline (Rte 9) office several years back. She does a great job adjusting me when the sciatica kicks in. She's also recommended exercises and foam rollers to help reduce the symptoms.
Sarenna Stein is a fantastic massage therapist who is very calm, listens to what you and your muscles are telling her, and provides a lot of relief. I highly recommend this practice.

Newton Whole Health is a chiropractic and massage therapy office. We believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to health that includes traditional western medicine and proven alternative therapies. We try to look at your whole health picture, do our part to treat your condition, and then educate you to take charge of your own health with self-care or recommend another approach to reaching your health goals if we think that would be beneficial.
