For $50 it's quite nice. Two full size bends, a 35" TV with cable, a microwave and mini fridge, and the place is very clean. It looks recently renovated, last few years including fresh paint and modern lighting inside the rooms. A picture on the wall or two wouldn't hurt but painting the bathroom wall yellow was a nice touch.
Continental breakfast is included: coffee, juice, donuts, muffins, bananas. They have free Wi-Fi (or I wouldn't be able to Yelp about it). My biggest complaint is that the bathroom is a little small. There is even a pool, but it's drained due to the fact that it's freezing cold outside!
