Stayed here for a friend's birthday weekend. Really nice suite with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, pull out sofas. TWO balconies, one facing the bay and the other Thames St. Washer/dryer in unit.
My only issue was with parking. Each unit only gets two parking spots. Visitors are on their own and I could not find an overnight garage despite being told they were around. I was forced to risk getting a ticket/towed and parked on the street. Luckily, it was before Memorial Day weekend and they must not be too strict before then. However, Newport is crazy in the summer, so I wouldn't even think about parking in a resident sticker area in the summer.
