Very rude service and soft mushy bagel. They are supposed to be boiling their bagels, but something is wrong here.
The guys behind the counter aren't the most attentive, but the bagel itself is as good as you're gonna get in Marin.
They f-ed up our order and even threw in the stuff we didn't order (but ate-for free-anyway.)

Just terrible. Terrible product & terrible service.
ackkkkkkkkkkk all I wanted was a toasted asiago bagel, light on the butter. Simple? I had to repeat it three plus times, then it needed to be translated to him again by someone else. I get a BURNT bagel with cream cheese on it! I couldn't even return it since I opened it up at work and now can't leave for 3 hours and am really hungry! And I HATE cream cheese. And I HATE burnt bagels!!!
Sorry, but if you are hiring folks that can't understand or speak English AND burn bagels, your loss. It used to be a fine place..... no more though.
Plus now they advertised organic coffee, great, but it tastes like diluted dish water.

So far the only decent bagel for this transplanted Jersey girl to the bay area. Good egg sandwich's too. Next to a Starbucks, but try their coffee - I think you'll find its quite good. Keep up the good work NY Bagel!
This is the worst bagel I've ever eaten -- really bready and not chewy like typical bagels. The place doesn't seem all that clean, and the 2 times that I've been there, they were pretty much out of everything, and it was only 8AM. I won't be going back, and that's too bad, since it's on my way to work in the AM.
