They also have demonstrations on horseshoeing, blacksmithing, sheep shearing, etc. NMFRHM has cooking classes with top chefs across the state, lectures, and exhibits like "Voices of American Farm Women," with black-and-white photography.
Best of all is their annual Ice Cream Sunday celebrating National Ice Cream Day...yummy!
