History

Established in 2009

New Body Bootcamp & Wellness was created by Aja Davis a certified personal trainer and holistic health counselor. Her mission was to create a system that incorporated the best exercises for burning fat while building muscle and the principles of holistic nutrition in which one looks at the whole person when determining a nutrition program. After years of research and through her own experience, she created the Total Body Wellness Formula which is used extensively in her bootcamp and has had dramatic effects on its members.

Meet the Business Owner: Aja D.

Utilizing her creativity and intense training style, with a black belt in Taekwondo and North Carolina State sparring champion, Aja Davis is one of Brooklyn's best and most effective trainers.

She works hard to ensure all of her clients are getting the best workout possible.
