If you haven't had their teriyaki wraps.. you are missing out. Tender chicken, sauteed peppers and onions.. delicious jasmine rice. Top it off with a frozen yogurt mixed with fruit and candy. Will always be a favorite of mine! A gem disguised as a "regular" pizza place!

Just ordered a roast beef sub. Oh, SO not! Paper thin, rubbery, well -done slices, nowhere near stuffed.
Primo's just up the street is WORLD'S better!
I will not order here again. -

Awe :( Once again local businesses of the city I live in fail to satisfy my hunger. I'm tired and sleepy and lack the necessary energy required to cook a healthy home cooked meal. Feel bad yet? Thank you, I appreciate it but I deserve it,as I chose to go out on a school night.
So I try again to take advantage of a local sub shop and try Neapoli Cafe. I'm really surprised to read the other reviews after I received my food, because my delivery was terrible. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and a brownie sundae. The delivery time was reasonable - about 45 minutes (not bad for a Friday) - but my sub was soggy and cold and my icecream sundae was soup. Mind you I had the notion to ask if they could deliver a sundae and the response was ofcourse it's no problem.
I called to complain and the manager was nothing but very nice . He expressed concern for my future patrionage and it's important to point out he was very accomodating. Which accounts for the 2 stars I am giving. Although I have to admit I was surprised that his response to me was the sub is cold because it's the winter and cold out. Hmmm? OK, then why is the icecream melted? Regardless, the owner offered to have the driver come back to pick up the food and return my money which I thought was a fair resolution.
I know I won't try again as that's just my way. But I felt like the owner was rather sincere. I don't recommend the delivery, so best bet is to try the take out or dine is as the other Yelpers seem very satisfied.Listed in: Creep with Caution, My Hood

Neapoli's is the place to go for a quick lunch during the work day. While the menu is perhaps too big, if you know what to order, you will never be disappointed.
The special grinders are very heavy, but a delicious meal. The Malden Main is perhaps one of the best subs I've had in some time. Cold subs are made in no time at all and the optional toppings are numerous.
I do not recommend choosing Neapoli's for pasta dishes as the sauce is a bit watery. The sides, however, are incredible. Neapoli's can boast some of the best fries in the area. The club sandwiches are delicious and the wraps are inventive. -

This has fast become my favorite take-away pizza/sub shop. Ever.
The menu is amazing for what, at the surface, appears to be just another pizza/sub shop. Thus far, I have sampled (a lot) the following:
Pizza: The crust is thin and crispy. The ingredients taste fresh and the grease is minimal. My favorite is the 5-cheese but then, I'm a sucker for cheese. My husband touts their Hawaiin as the best he's ever had (and he is a connoisseur of all pizza Hawaiin) so I'll take his word for it. There's something about pineapple on pizza that I ...well...let's not digress.
Salad: My current favorite is the Hearts of Palm salad. I never believed an avocado could be so juicy, but in fact, they can. The palm hearts themselves melt in your mouth and are so delicious that you just want to take tiny bites to savor them all. The fresh mozzarella is laid out in generous amounts and is absolutely delicious. My preferred method of eating this is to eat the hearts, avocado and mozzarella, then add pine nuts and voila! A whole new salad!! There are tomatos, baby corn off the cob and snap peas in generous quantities strewn throughout the greens.
Smoothies: Their smoothies remind me of the juices I savored in the Middle East when I was there. Obviously made with fresh ingredients, sweet yogurt and fruit, they're a treat to end any meal.
Sandwiches: I've only tried the artichoke/provolone and olive paste melt, but if the rest are as good as this, I'm in.
Hummus and Pita: I love their pita bread, enough that I ask for extra now. The pita, by the way, also comes with the salad. Always warm and chewy, you actually need extra when you order the hummus. For 2.99 you get almost three store-bought tubs worth in a take away container.
Although I prefer a bit more garlic and tahini in my hummus, it's still excellent.
Delivery: We live nearby but rarely manage to walk up to pick up our order, especially now that it's ridiculously cold and wintry. They always tell us 45 minutes and show up, without fail, within 20 - 30 minutes tops. Warm food is still warm, cold food is still fresh, nothing is spilled or forgotten.
In short (too late? Oh...) Neapoli Cafe is the place to order from whether you want healthy choices (wraps, salads, fresh, preservative free ingredients that are good for you!) or you're feeling like junk-ish food (pizza, subs and divine desserts), delivered fast and for a reasonable price. -

These guys have really good steak tips, fully marinated, med cooked, spicy, and the rice is fresh and full of flavor. Their ravioli is very good too but every time I call they are out of meat ravioli so I guess you need to call early to get it. I haven't tried the pizza so I can't vouch for it, but so far the meals are very good. They also have decent frozen yogurt but tend to run out of some of the ingredients

I want some Neapoli right now. I have never seen a menu with so many things on it. I love that they have some of my favorite things - artichokes, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzerella, spinach, avocados, etc etc - in so many of their wraps, sandwiches, and salads. It makes it really hard to choose what to order, and I end up ordering something weird because I can't decide. The menu is insane for a tiny little sandwich shop.
So, it's 1:37 and I haven't had lunch yet so I think I'll have them deliver me a fresh mozzerella and arugala salad with roasted red peppers and avocados. :) -

Good pizza in Boston is a hard thing to come by, so my hopes for Malden were not high. But the stars were aligned, delivery of a pretty tasty hot pizza in about 30 minutes and on a Friday night to boot! The Hawaiian pizza had all the right ingredients in the right proportions. Crispy crust, fresh-tasting chunks of pineapple, tangy sauce, plenty of crispy bacon. The Greek salad, though a "big ass" salad, looked like something you might get at a Holiday Inn buffet. Roughly chopped iceberg and pale looking tomatoes seemed like they were grown on the side of a Russian highway. And was it raining Feta when the delivery guy drove over? About a pound of it was dumped on top. Survey says: pizza good, salad, not so much.

Personally I don't like the food here, but my kids order from here often because it is close to home. The food is average at best, the service leaves alot to be desired and the delivery driver who drives or drove the light colored Toyota had better learn to slow down and obey the traffic laws. He drives like he is rushing a pregnant woman to a hospital and has no regard for other drivers period. I'm not trying to make this personal, but his actions are a direct reflection on the shop in general. Average food, higher prices and a crazy delivery driver are all a recipe for a big mess!

So this place is located in Maplewood square where I work in Malden, MA. First off the owner I believe his name is pronounced Shayne is one of the nicest people you will ever encounter at a counter. :) They have an enormous menu with healthy items as well as your regular sub shop items. This however is not your regular sub shop. In addition to amazing pizza, they have smoothies and frozen yogurt that always pleases my staff. It's not uncommon for my kids to want to order from here when they are home, which is in Melrose, but no worries they deliver there as well. Definitely worth checking out.

I ordered a large Neapoli pie last night for dinner (sweet Italian sausage, Ricotta, tomato sauce & Mozzarella). It was ok, slightly better than some of the other local pizza places. The price was reasonable ($15) and the crust not too thick.

Great salads with fresh pitas are a serious favorite of mine, as is the california veggie wrap, you really can't beat this for vegetarian take away in Maplewood Square.

This place is really amazing. The menu is huge, but so far, everything I've ordered has been great. Delivery is quick and the stuff arrives hot. The people are all polite and the prices are reasonable. And DO NOT forget the frozen yogurt...they mix in flavors, and have about a billion. The online order form is also really easy to use. LOVE Neapoli.

For take-out, Neapoli is a go-to joint. The food is always awesome and filling. The fried clams are one of my favorites and the wraps are awesome. But the best thing about Neapoli, for all you vegetarians out there, there is the most amazing thing about this place - you actually have OPTIONS other than salad and a veggie burger! They sell falafel and artichoke and avocado melts, which my veggie friend seems to drool over. Their delivery service is quick and they do accept debit/credit, toting along a little machine to run your card through. So, yeah, Neapoli is what's up. Try it out. Right now. No, right now!

Melrose, MA
Neapoli has been our go-to take out place for about 5 years. All the food is great, their salads are amazing (garden salald with tuna or greek salald with tuna are the staples in our house), and the delivery is top-notch. Sure, like any place you'll catch the occasional bad day or hectic delivery schedule but 9 times out of 10, they'll be on time with hot food and a smile. Can't ask for more than that, right?

I order from here every Sunday I am at work. The grilled chicken and steak are both very good. The Roj Hilot(steak and mozzarella cheese on garlic bread) is deliciously evil.

Melrose, MA
My favorite take out place. I have yet to have a bad item from Neapoli, though I do prefer to get my greasy fish n' chips from Liberty Bell in Melrose.
My husband is also a Neapoli fan. So much so, that I think the delivery drivers know us both by name. When we're both very busy, it's not uncommon for us to have Neapoli deliver their tasty goodness once a week. Here are my faves: French Fries (they are crunchy and not greasy), Santorini Pizza, California and Mediterranean Tuna Roll Ups. Calzones are always good and made to order with any pizza toppings. The thing I order all the time is the Greek Salad with Tuna. Yeah, it's like $6 for a salad, but it takes me 2 days to eat one of these. Well worth the price, it's huge. And it comes with a pita that seems to be homemade, or at least very fresh if not homemade.
Delivery is always fast and courteous, and they have this cool credit card machine they bring when you're using a debit/credit card, so you don't have to give them the info over the phone. I can't rave enough about this place, though I wish I could keep my mouth shut. I don't want it to get more popular! -

Malden, MA
I have ordered from here before in the past so I figured I would try it again especially since they deliver ice cream. I live in Malden and the food got to us in about 30min. However it was terrible the panini I got was soggy and it looked like it was made hours ago. If it was made fresh I don't know what the heck happened from there to my house. My husband got the fish and chips and even if food he gets is not that good he will usually eat it anyway. He couldn't do it with this meal. Its not like I would give him half my panini because it was just as bad. The smoothie was good and the frozen yogurt was a bit melted. All is all it wasn't good and there are enough places in Malden that I have thrown out this menu. I gave it two stars because yeah I guess they could have had a bad night and I have enjoyed there food before.
