I have known Ruby for years. She's warm, friendly, and very good at her work. The salon is big and clean. Highly recommended for threading, waxing, and facials. They even do manicures and pedicures now.

I come here to get my eyebrows done and the owner Ruby does a great job.  It's quick and she pays attention to the shape that I like instead of doing her way.  I highly recommend coming here for threading.  They offer other things as well, but I have yet to try it.

I had been searching for an eyebrow threader for a month since coming back to the Bay Area and I found Naz.  I went there and had my eyebrows threaded, and having been threading for 6 years now I am pretty picky, but Naz did a fabulous job.
The threader paid attention to my shape and did not go too thin, which I am very picky about. And the price is fantastic!!
Overall is was a great visit and I recommend the place.

Great for threading; Ask for Uma.  
They take walk-ins, appointments not necessary.

Have tried other salons in the bay area (Cupertino and San Jose) where threading is done, and this one has been the best so far.

This place was very good few months back specially for threading. But there are so many negatives attached to it now that i wouldnt prefer going there for anything except threading.
I went in for waxing(Full legs and full arms). Although I had taken an appointment before going then also the salon was closed when I reached there at the appointed time. The owner came back after calling and getting reminded of the appointment. She was already doing someone's threading and I thought I will be next because I was up by 10 mins from the scheduled time. then she said I will be entertained after she has done hina for that lady(10 more mins). In the meantime the helper walked in and took me for waxing. Waxing roll was not working properly and at the end owner showed up. Overall the work was completely insatisfactory in terms of quality. Left the hair on legs saying it was under bikini area while it was on thighs.
When it was time for payment she charged 25 dollars instead of 25 dollars for full legs( Her brochure on her desk says 25 for full legs). This was a complete put off because she has no where mentioned that prices have changed.
Most frustrating thing is that she will dodge one customer to wait while she is attending one and she knows she wont be able to take in another one for more than half an hour.
So the conclusion is that people who provide such service need to focus on quality and commitments(0f price as well as time) because you might pocket some money from the customer at that instant but the sure thing is that she is not going to return.
